My DELL PC was running very slow. Moe jumped on the Task and completed it in the estimated time. He updated the Drive, expanded the RAM and checked for Virus & Malware, removed 2 Virus. He loves what he does and I appreciate his Work!

Moe is incredibly helpful and fast at work, he only spent one single day to fix the problems of my PC and even upgraded it, every thing is finished in just one day including order parts and install stuffs. At beginning I thought my PC only needs a deep cleaning but Moe checked out for other problems and several parts need to change, he is very knowledgeable in his field and I will definitely visit him again if I have computer problems in the future, Moe is the man and his shop is the best !! five stars indeed.

Moe is fantastic. Not only did he help me salvage my PC that broke, he also had information on why my PC got fried and how to prevent it in the future. The man knows what he is doing, and I highly recommend you check him out for computer problems.

You want to talk about service! Moe is the man. Ive been coming to him for years for any computer problems Ive had. Hes always been able to fix it in a fair price as well as speed. He is a one-man show but he loves what he does and hes great at it. Honestly there isnt anyone else I would trust to work on my PC but him.

Moe was excellent in customer service, and in knowledge. He offered the best solution for my laptop issues. He provided a full review and explanation on what was going on with my laptop. He even explained what potential issues I could have with the hardware. He fixed the software issues right away.

I dont normally drop a review unless the business is exceptional. Moe really knows his stuff. I came in wanting to get a diagnosis for an issue with my PC, Moe gave me a straight forward price, and diagnosed in a timely manner. He was also greatly helpful in explaining what he tried, what might be broken, and suggestions. He narrowed down to my motherboard, which turned out to be the case when I RMA the board. He never pressured me to do any repairs and gave me options to pursue. I really appreciate this. He seems to be credible person and was transparent through out. I would come back again for any issues, and would refer this business to all my friends and family.

My motherboard won’t light up and we initially thought it was a quality issue. Moe called me after his working hours telling me he recalled something from his experience, and invited to go test it with him, and bang he was right: The motherboard was not dead. He was excited knowing that I did a decent cable management at the first time building a pc, and you can clearly tell he is an PC enthusiastic. Moe got experience, got knowledge, more importantly, he take care of your device with heart.

My desktop PC died on me so I took it to get it diagnosed at PC Trade. I was astonished by how knowledgeable Moe was. I am and avid gamer and multimedia designer so I familiar with PCs and their parts but Moe blew me away with how much he knew. I actually learned quite a bit just from talking to him. He is incredibly kind and offers high quality parts and finds you the best deals so you can save some money. Just tell him what you need to do on your PC for your budget and he’ll know exactly what to put in there. He is honest and works fast, efficiently, and meticulously. I am not an expert like he is, but I know enough and researched enough to confirm that everything he recommended was accurate and at the best price available. He will NOT rip you off. In fact, he threw in a couple extra services for me at no cost.I am new to upgrading and building PCs so the idea of having to replace my motherboard, processor, and graphics card was a bit daunting to me so I originally ordered a prebuilt with some of the specs I was looking for. Moe was able to put together a new PC for me that has even better specs from the best companies for CHEAPER than the prebuilt! I canceled the prebuilt order immediately. The cheap no brand name parts from my first prebuilt is what fried my CPU and motherboard and now I am confident that won’t be happening again.If you want a high quality PC built to your needs, whether it’s for gaming or for work, build it with Moe. Moe provides THE BEST customer service. He works quickly and always wants what’s best for his customers and their PCs.I brought my PC in because it was crashing under high load. Moe diagnosed the issue within minutes and explained my options. He gave his recommendation for replacement parts, but still provided me with different options in different price ranges. Once we decided the path forward, he had my PC ready as soon as the part arrived.When I went to pick it up, Moe walked me through all of the additional diagnostics he had done and performed the tests again in front of me. He even gave me some time to use my PC regularly at the shop just to make sure it was up to par.I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to build my next PC. Moe knows his stuff, and I trust he’s got his customers’ best interests in mind.
