Although I was not new to insurance, I had never worked in an agency or with personal lines before. The Total CSR Training Platform was a great experience and included tutorials and quizzes to check your knowledge as you work through the modules. I would suggest that anyone new to coverage lines use this program due to the thoroughness of the training.

It should be a 100% must that new employees who use this platform do all the training. That is the only way to go, it is not a learn as you go kind of platform because there will be many things you wont ever know

I have had many years of different online trainings even side by side system tutorials in the past. I came into the insurance world with zero experience and had been licensed only two weeks prior to taking my current role. The Total CSR system gave me a extremely valuable dive into what I would be doing day to day. Such as looking at Elevation Certificates to customer information deciphering. The quizzes are challenging and forgiving at the same time and give a sense of accomplishment after each one. I have given my managers and even owners of the company much praise for how effective the TCSR program is. I am also the first in the company to get my Certificate of Designation, which I proudly display at my desk.

We love the training because it teaches everything a new CSR needs to know to start working a book of business. It provides the little detailed information such as information about applications, loss runs, class codes, etc. that an experienced CSR that might be training new employees tend to forget a new person doesnt know yet.

Total CSR really is the best program for new CSRs or a CSR thats looking for a refresher. The program goes into detail with every line of business in a way that makes sense by creating examples and interactive exercise. It really is like no other program out there. I 100% recommend it!

This is a great way to train new employees in the basics so you are not speaking a foreign language to them when you start agency specific training. It also allows you to have consistency in training from person to person. The old way of training was much like the game of Telephone - you didnt really know what was told to the new staff person or whether they are trained in a logical fashion. Thank you!
