Kevin and Julio really helped me out. They got this older Motorola Phone I had fixed it for less than 150$ it had important info on there. They quoted me 2-3 days for shipping repair time and all that got it done less then 2 days. Also I was splitting the bill and Kevin was very knowledge on taking payments and was able to help me pay for the services that I needed with no hassle I totally recommend them for anyone who needs them and they have great costumer service and really knowledgeable technicians there. This it’s isn’t the only work I got done from them they constantly helped me with other matters: also great to use them through you insurance like Asurion. Thanks again guys.

Great service!! I am writing this even though my phone issue was not resolved. I dropped my phone off to be fixed and they completed the repair within a couple hours as they happened to have the parts in stock. Unfortunately, the issue was still there after the repair (not their fault at all). They then offered to swap the original parts back in to my phone and return it at zero cost!!! This is great customer service! The issue is actually a known phone issue and I will be trading it in today for a different phone. If I ever need any phone repairs, I will be back to this location. They impressed me with their skills and customer service. Great job!!

I’m getting my PC fixed and I had a few questions that needed to be answered before I bought it in. Adam answers and he was very helpful/insighful. It made me more relaxed about the whole process.Update: the computer was completed in an unreal time frame and it is glorious. Running very smooth. Thanks again Adam and team! I cracked my phone screen yesterday and immediately made an appointment to get it fixed for this afternoon. When arriving to the store, I found out that they do not even have the part I needed, even after inputting my information online. The employee told me that their website does not link with their stock information, which seems odd. Additionally, I was surprised that no one at the store took the initiative to look at my appointment and check to ensure they had the parts needed beforehand, considering the location was completely empty. This ended up being a huge waste of my time and I no longer consider this company to be user-friendly or convenient. I spoke with their customer service hotline, who did not take my issue seriously and provided a scripted response to my frustration. After these events, I won’t be returning to any of their locations.

Had a Samsung to get fixed. Tech should have noticed me about the Premium Care was gonna need to send a code. He waited to tell me when I was gonna pick up. Didnt take a long time to do, but would have save time.

My recent encounter with Computer Place Ubreakifix was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, I sought their expertise to address a seemingly simple issue: fixing or replacing my devices screen. However, what followed was a cascade of mishaps and frustrations.Upon receiving my device back, I quickly realized that the replacement screen they installed was plagued with issues, rendering it practically unusable. To compound matters, during the repair process, they managed to damage my logic board, a critical component of the device. Despite their assurances to rectify the situation, subsequent visits only exacerbated the problem.In a desperate attempt to salvage the situation, they replaced the logic board not once, but twice. Regrettably, each replacement failed to resolve the underlying issues. Adding insult to injury, the touch ID functionality, integral to the devices security features, ceased to function altogether.As if that werent enough, the final blow came when the devices battery refused to hold a charge, leaving me with a device that was not only dysfunctional but also virtually unusable. The frustration and inconvenience caused by this ordeal are immeasurable.In addition to the litany of issues I encountered with Computer Place Ubreakifix, their lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction reached new lows when they offered to buy back my device for a mere 10% of what I initially paid for it. This insulting offer only served to underscore their incompetence and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes.To make matters worse, not only did I endure the frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning device, but I also discovered that vital files stored on the device were inaccessible due to their mishandling of the repair process. The loss of these files has had a significant impact on my work and personal life, further highlighting the extent of their negligence and incompetence.In light of these egregious shortcomings, I cannot in good conscience recommend Computer Place Ubreakifix to anyone seeking reliable and competent repair services. My experience serves as a cautionary tale against entrusting them with valuable devices and personal data.my experience with Computer Place Ubreakifix and Asurion was characterized by incompetence, poor workmanship, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I reached out on Saturday and had my Fold5 fixed on Monday after Adam received the parts. The service was very quick, and the communication was great. Adam was the only one working, and he handled the high-paced, high-stress situation very well. He juggled my tasks while also making sure everyone was taken care of. Someone should give Adam a raise and a vacation.

I was going through an excruciatingly painful return process with Asurion. Their support was impossible to work with and if it werent for the patience and dedication of Adam at this location, I would have pulled out what little hair I have left. He was professional, courteous, and kept me up to date and provided the detail that I never got from Asurion. Asurion gets -5 stars, where Adam gets 5 stars himself.

I came in to get the back of my phone replaced and they installed it incorrectly twice. Then when I finally got home I realized it still wasnt installed correctly because theres moisture that gathered behind the camera lenses.
