We have been working with Squeeze Technology for multiple years now, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for an IT partner for their business. They have helped us set up and implement a number of different solutions to increase our efficiency and maintain compliance and have taken the burden off of our internal staff. Ive worked with the guys at Squeeze Technology for over 5 years on a number of different projects and they have always been incredibly responsive, extremely thorough and really easy to deal with. They are very good at what they do, great with communication and I never worry that a job wont get done or wont be done correctly when they are involved. I dont live in CA, so I work with them remotely, which means I have had to completely trust them with some important, high profile projects, but never once have they disappointed. Without a doubt, they aim to please. I highly recommend Squeeze Technology!

Ive been working with the Squeeze team for 3 years. They have been helpful and resourceful. My requests are acknowledged and resolved efficiently. When things get confusing, they pick up the phone to have conversation to be sure expectations are aligned and solutions identified. Even when topics get too technical for me, an HR professional, they are patient and take the time to explain so I have a good understanding of their needs and perspective. I use them as subject matter experts for process improvement and value their referrals for equipment purchases. All the staff is friendly and they execute an appropriate amount of humor which makes interacting with them delightful.

In the past four years, they have always been extremely helpful, quick to respond and go above and beyond with their service and support. In addition, they offer very diverse technology support including recommendations for IT purchases, helping to set up and integrate new equipment, and follow up help. Plus, when you call for support, they help you on the spot right away and dont transfer you to a different department. All of the staff knows you by name and are friendly and professional. Excellent company and highly recommend their services for other businesses!

CMCC has been doing business with Squeeze Technology since 2015. They have been a integral part of our TEAM. At times holding our hand along the way! We are in phase #1 of a huge Clinic expansion project and they have seen us through all of our IT issues in the most professional way.
