Mark is truly a stand up gentleman. As a farily tech savvy person myself, I ran into an issue with my higher end custom PC that even I was unable to diagnose and fix.I did my research on local computer repair businesses near me, and read all of the local shops reviews. Marks OC Computer Fix caught my eye, as everyone complimented Marks honesty, work ethic, and pricing. My experience with Mark was nothing short of that. He responded within an hour of my original text, saw me same day, and returned a fixed and refreshed windows 10 pc back to me... even going the extra mile to CLEAN my computer and hardware, making everything look perfectly new. I feel that Marks pricing was more than fair, and with all being said, I felt more than happy to give him extra as a tip. Mark was able to recover all the files from a horribly damaged external memory stick that had all my work data for the past three years! His price was super reasonable considering how important was to recover this data for me. I will be always grateful, and rest assure I know of anyone running to a similar situation, I will be recommending Mark for the job!

Mark A came out to install a new computer for me. I am an old lady (75) and am not a techie person at all. Mark was beyond kind, courteous and had so much patience with me! I love my new computer but I love even more that I have a great computer guy! Hes so helpful and has taken extra time to make sure I understand what I am doing. Hes pleasant and kind. Would highly recommend him!

I fully recommend OC Computer Fix to anyone needing an honest, affordable and professional person to help with your computer needs!I was so happy to find Mark at OC Computer Fix! My Microsoft account was hacked and I was afraid to do anything on my computer until a professional was able to help. Mark was that guy! As soon as I spoke with him over the phone, he was already identifying and ready to Fix my computer. He actually stopped by my house, picked up my computer and by the next day, he was back with my computer, explaining what he did to correct my Microsoft problem and eased my worry about future hacking. So far so good! Mark fixed my dell laptop (the charger wasn’t working properly) over the weekend and it was affordable, quick and he is very reliable. Next time If I ever have a computer issue, he will be the guy I call. Thanks!

The process was very easy and quick. Mark helped me out and was great at explaining what he thought the problem is and how he planned to troubleshoot it. He was nice enough to come to me and pick up the computer. He had it for one day and then brought it back to me the next with the problem solved. I definitely recommend Oc computer fix if you are having issues with your pc. I’ve tried other places like Best Buy and their geek squad and would pick Mark over them every time, knowledgeable about computers and a legit and efficient technician.

My wd passport got dropped and I took it to Mark. Mark was upfront with what he could or couldnt do but was willing to give it a shot. He was fair with his pricing. Unfortunately, Mark wasnt able to fix my passport but he referred me to people who had the specialized tools for it. Despite spending some time on my passport, since he couldnt fix it, he didnt charge me. If I run into any future problems Ill definitely try Mark again.

I had a technical issue with a software update, and Mark went above and beyond to solve my issue. He met me halfway, and even though the project went beyond the time he thought it would he didn’t try to charge me extra. This is the kind of guy you want helping you in a technological pinch I’m lucky to have found him and highly recommend using his services.

Mark is great to work with and he responds quickly when I call with an issue which is especially helpful because I’m not very techy. He works both on my desktop computer and laptop and cleans everything up and explains to me what he is doing so I can understand it. I’ve used Mark for a few years now and feel very comfortable allowing him to take my hard drive or laptop with him to work on it when needed.Thanks Mark for keeping me up and running.

When I lost the CPU fan on my Alienware Aurora R11 Dell was no help as they wished me to ship my computer to them (warranty had expired a couple of months earlier). I looked around and found Mark at OC Computer Fix. Decided to go with a Corsair liquid cooling fan and Mark installed it at a nominal cost and the system is running much better now. Also, because I went to liquid cooling it is much quieter.I whole heartedly recommend OC Computer Fix for those that need help.

The way Mark offered many choices on what could be wrong with my PC and why it kept BSoD. I just knew hed be the guy to replace anyone Ive met in the past. I was right to have him look at my PC Tower, kept in touch the entire time. Very committed to fixing your problem awhile explaining it to you. Great customer service and overall good guy in general to talk to. Would recommend seeing for any future discussions and repairs.

This is an update of my experience with OC Computer Fix. I recently broke my laptop keyboard cable and I took it to him due to my previous great experience with Mark at OC Computer Fix. I thought I was hosed but he said there was a great chance that it could be fixed and he spent couple of days trying but did not success. I was willing to pay for his time but he refused because he felt that he promised a fix when he originally said that a fix was very promising. Mark does whatever it takes to help out to resolve your problem and I thought his response was very nice gesture and professional. I highly recommend OC Computer Fix and they rank 5 stars in my books.I lived most of my life in Bay Area and had just move down here about 5 month ago and my laptop battery went bad. I did a search and got connected to OC Computer Fix because Mark was very responsive compared to the other shops I contacted so I decided choose him. I am glad because he fixed my laptop very quickly and did a great job and cost was very reasonable.

We used OC Computer fix, cant say enough about how easy Mark made it for us. Picked up our device, kept us informed as to any issues, delivered it when it was fixed. Stayed to set it up, make sure it was working correctly, fixed a cell phone, and helped update an iPad while he was there!! Mark is great at what he does, professional, timely and reasonable!!

I got lucky finding Mark after calling 4 other places and not really wanting to work with any of them. Mark got my laptop running like it was new again. He also installed some helpful programs and showed me how to use them to keep the machine at peak performance. He explained everything he did and patiently took time to answer all my questions. His rates are good too. Nice to know I have a go to place now for my computer needs.
