By far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any type of business. Not going to lie I was a little worried about driving out to the dunes, to a little shack where no one would ever show up but as soon as you pull in to the land and meet Dave all worries fly out the window cause he’s just that type of dude. He set me up on the BEST QUAD ever with the Polaris 500 if you’re wondering if $50 is worth it? It is! He also recommended a sweet Honda 250 for my girlfriend who would otherwise struggle with a clutch. Thanks Dave we will definitely be back -the first riders of the 2020-21 season

Closed on Saturday! I just wasted time and gas driving 40+ miles round trip to find out that theyre now closed on Saturdays.If youre going to change your hours then you need to update them on the internet.Its a poor business decision to close on Saturday when your business is in a town that relies heavily on tourism. Borrego Springs and the local desert are crawling with Jeeps, off-roaders and people driving through right now. Why would you close on a day that the population doubles and theyre using vehicles in a manner that greatly increases the likelihood of needing your service?Their personal life is a higher priority than their business. If they put their customers first then theyd be closed on Sunday and Monday.I miss Perrys Tire! Just about every time that I went to Perrys was on a weekend and there was no shortage of business.

I had the best time with my fiancé! We were assigned ATVs that fit us well, got a safety brief, and were explained how to operate the vehicles. We also got a brief of the map and where we could take the ATVs. Oscar was super pleasant and explained all of the paperwork and charges/liabilities. I felt very comfortable with the equipment and PPE. This family run business is awesome, and I highly recommend it. I believe it’s one of the only (if not the only) places to rent either a dirt bike OR ATV that’s right next to the riding location. It’s an easy day trip from downtown or north county San Diego. We went for four hours and that was plenty of time. The bikes are manual, but Oscar gave a great explanation on how to operate, and I didn’t have a problem at all. We were also provided a bottle of water and there is cell service!
