This place is perfect and has everything you need to have a good time in the Ocotillo Wells desert. The location Is smack dab in the middle, and the staff is extremely accommodating and has everything you need. Jeremy and Cash helped out my party and had a great selection of Dirt bikes and ATVs depending on your level; but also had Boots Gloves,goggles, and even chest plates! Provided a great experience and will definitely be back to visit these guys everytime I come out to ride.

Three of my girlfriends and I went late spring and had the best time ever! Dave took two of us on quads and the other two in the back of his jeep while he guided us through the canyons. It is an easy/beautiful drive out from San Diego and the best weekend getaway weve had in a long time!!!!! Dave is the best host and we all cant wait to go back!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

First let me start by saying that I have never been Dirt Biking or on an ATV in my entire life. I came here with my wife and friends from San Diego to the dessert not having a clue what to expect. The drive there was truly scenic, the dessert truly, a sight to behold, and the customer service that I received from David, Cash, and Jeremy was exceptional. They gave us a tutorial, helped me feel comfortable and confident, trusted me and my friends with their equipment, which we took care of and truly made my Birthday an incredible experience. I am so thankful for the teams attention to detail and hospitality that they displayed truly welcoming and I can’t wait until my next trip out there!

This was my first time riding a Off-Roader in the dessert terrain. I am so glad I found David the owner of Ocotillo wells mobile off-road rentals. I called him to ask for pricing and he quoted me $300 for renting 2 ATVs for 4 hours. When I arrived and met David at his house I parked my car in his yard and he had the ATVs all ready for me. David also handed me a map and this was the most exciting part; I didn’t know how large the land mass was! Over 33,000 acres of land!! I had a huge sandbox at my feet with multiple kinds of terrain. Some areas were dirt roads, some areas were tracks, some areas were rocky with hills and also flat lands. Just stunning land. I recommend David at Ocotillo Wells for anybody that wants to have some off roading fun in the dessert. Very satisfied with my rental

Excellent experience. Called David on Sunday night to set something up in the following days. He recommended holding off due to conditions and asked me to call him back Tuesday. That’s an honest business! When i called him back, we was able to set me up for something the following morning. Jeremy met me and my son early, got us all set up and sent us on our way with everything we needed. The state park is literally 50 feet away, across the road. It’s well marked and has options for all levels. This was the first time me and my son had ridden ATVs and we had a great and safe time.

I hadnt ridden in more than 10 years and this was my first time riding off-road so I reserved a 125cc Yamaha online. The guys were super friendly and helpful in showing me around the bike. Also they have a sizeable course to get comfortable with the equipment. I spent a good 30 minutes on their course before heading out to my campground will definitely rent from them again.

We planned very poorly for our desert trip and had not made any reservations for renting any vehicles. Which I highly recommend doing if you actually want to ride. But Dave was still very happy to help us out and patiently worked with us, he will take time to help someone who is not experienced in off-road vehicles and get them familiar with how to operate one. A wonderful experience overall and a great guy to rent from, he has some incredible prices too. We took out a Yamaha yz 250 and a 400cc Honda quad for 8 hours and overall after our security deposit refund probably paid approximately 550$. Incredible compared to prices elsewhere, thanks again for the experience :)

We had the most awesome day riding quads with our family! Dave took great care of setting us up and giving us directions on where to set up our day camp and ride which was just across the street and made for easy return. We loved the location of being away from the dusty wild crowds yet still in the middle of so much beautiful fun terrain to explore! After we dropped the bikes off we went back to our group to enjoy a bbq and watch the gorgeous sunset before heading home. We’ll definitely be back in the fall after it cools down.

This place rocks! My girlfriend and I called the day before because we spontaneously wanted to go ATV riding. We got there and Cash, the owners son, was really nice and helped us get setup on the quads. He was really personable and set us up to ride the whole day. They had a really nice small office at the front of their property with a picnic table where we enjoyed a lunch part way through the day. He filled us up again and we were off for more adventures.Couldnt say enough good things about this place! Cant wait to come back and ride more out here with Offroad Ocotillo.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any type of business. Not going to lie I was a little worried about driving out to the dunes, to a little shack where no one would ever show up but as soon as you pull in to the land and meet Dave all worries fly out the window cause he’s just that type of dude. He set me up on the BEST QUAD ever with the Polaris 500 if you’re wondering if $50 is worth it? It is! He also recommended a sweet Honda 250 for my girlfriend who would otherwise struggle with a clutch. Thanks Dave we will definitely be back -the first riders of the 2020-21 season
