Super nice and friendly, I was only travelling through and had some engine problems, they knew I was only traveling through and theyd likely never see me again. I would have paid anything to get my engine running again. Instead of ripping me off, they fixed my engine and charged me absolutely nothing just because they didnt need to order any new parts to fix it. So lucky I found them, couldnt recommend them enough. Thanks J&T!

Erin provides extraordinary service and is a downright really nice person. I am so impressed with the care I received, which is in stark contrast to my experience with the dealer I went to for a related problem. Borrego is lucky to have such an excellent, and honest, business as J&T Tire.

Aaron was very helpful in addressing myAuto repair situation. I blew a tire on the road home from Carlsbad. He was able to order a new tire, identical to what was on my BRZ., to arrive the next morning.The next morning I discovered that my car dealer has free road hazard for my tires.Aaron very congenial, cancelled his tire order, and promised to take care of me if the need should ever come in the future.Thank you Aaron! I have taken My vehicles to J & T tire several times over the past five years. I have always been happy with the service, price quoted has always been the price you pay. Aaron is an honorable businessman if you feel you did not receive the service you anticipated Aaron is more than happy to make any adjustments or do the job right. Typically he does the job right the first time eliminating the need for return trips.I highly recommend J & T Tire and have always been happy with their service.

I brought my car yesterday for oil change and tire rotation and I was extremely satisfied by the service. Eric at the reception was very friendly, the job was well done and the cost very reasonable (cheaper than when I lived in San Diego!). I’ll definitely go back to this shop.

After being shafted by the guys down the road (TITOS) I will only trust these guys. They have helped me out before but are always busy. At least they will look at your car and give you a quote, and the work they have done has always been good.

I love JT Tires & Auto customer service and all around team work. Their daily effort to make their community proud is amazing, they truly provide instant care to their customers cars, and travelers who need help as well when they are visiting Borrego Springs. I normally.never leave reviews due to concern about data privacy. I feel the incredibly fair and professional service I received from Aaron and team at JT Tire and Auto demands sharing with others. I’m from out of state and my pickup developed an oil leak and I felt vulnerable going for service at a place I had no relationship. The leak was difficult to find, but Aaron kept working at it and wouldn’t charge me until they found the problem. If you are looking for auto service in Borrego Springs, I believe you can feel confident you will get very knowledgable, professional service at a very fair price.

The most friendly and helpful service I have experienced when traveling. When I had front end RV problems they did a diagnosis for me and had to recommend another shop in a bigger city --with no charge for their time, Their main work is auto service and repair with a NAPA store next door. They have many top name tires too. If service is needed in Borrego Springs ---go there first !! Aron was especially helpful Thank you

Had to have a leaking radiator replaced on 99 Chevy Tracker. Aarons Est was $330 P&L. It took them a couple hours incling test drive and the total bill came to $328.30 P&L&tax. Now thats what I call an honest repair shop. And more importantly the two owners Aaron and Jake are following in their late fathers honest footsteps. Thanks guys... JW

On road trip....flat tire.... called manager from road.. He said come on in for 20 bucks well fix your tire now.. im a service mgr by trade and I tell my son WATCH he wont torque tire correctly...not only did Alan DO IT..he asked what spec we would like then cked all other tires adjusted pressure IN THE RAIN..... these guys are awesome!!!!!! Thanks guys for such a out o f the ordinary service experience :-) Give Alan a raise....that kind of work ethic and hell own the place some day ;-)

Always great service. Been going to these guys my entire adult life and trust them with all my vehicles. Fair labor costs and a willingness to talk about what needs to happen before starting work or costing you a cent. If they had a sixth star Id rate it that.

J & T tire is one of the better shops that I trust they dont sell you anything you dont need and Aaron is a great help on the phone and when I drop 3 different vehicals to him. They also have a fairly quick turn around depending on whats done and parts availability.

Went here to replace my RV battery which was under warranty from Interstate Battery. Very friendly and cordial people. They verified battery condition with a high tech handheld computer which also printed out battery data.

It took 3 hrs come to charge the batteries. Then they couldnt handle it. They removed the batteries to analyze them in their shop. The next day they were to reinstall them but wanted $88.00. I bought 2 New batteries an set them next to the battery box for them to reinstall. Still they wanted the $$$. AAA would not back me up on this either. I made the original call to get a jump start from AAA.

Closed on Saturday! I just wasted time and gas driving 40+ miles round trip to find out that theyre now closed on Saturdays.If youre going to change your hours then you need to update them on the internet.Its a poor business decision to close on Saturday when your business is in a town that relies heavily on tourism. Borrego Springs and the local desert are crawling with Jeeps, off-roaders and people driving through right now. Why would you close on a day that the population doubles and theyre using vehicles in a manner that greatly increases the likelihood of needing your service?Their personal life is a higher priority than their business. If they put their customers first then theyd be closed on Sunday and Monday.I miss Perrys Tire! Just about every time that I went to Perrys was on a weekend and there was no shortage of business.

I own Desert Sands RV Park about a mile up the road. I was coming down the grade on Montezuma Valley Rd while towing a trailer. One tire on the trailer blew so I had to stop, remove the wheel, drive down the hill to Borrego Springs to Jakes Tires. They were quite busy but put me ahead of the other cars. In under 10 mins. I was heading up the hill again in my tow vehicle to put the new tire and wheel on my trailer. Pretty much effortless.

Had Road Hazard puncture my tire made it into the tire place they had it fixed quickly and calmly and got me back on the road for twenty bucks. Amazing service Im a super nice people Im sure they repair will B good
