I have never in my life had a worse experience with any other company or software. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone that speaks english when you need support and majority of the time you cannot get through anyway. To do any one task it seems you need to go back and forth between three different programs and sign up for things you dont even need like Zoho Subscriptions. I have tried for over a month to learn everything I can and it will not let me do simple tasks. I have coded my own CRM before and Zoho is complete garbage. I am a VERY unhappy customer.

5 stars all the way. As a foodservice technician who’s been using this type of software daily for over 17 years and has used different software in that time I’ve got to say Roopairs has nailed it. Their software is designed for ease of use and efficiency which of course increases profitability and productivity and their future upgrades will only increase all of that as time goes on. If you run a small to medium sized foodservice repair company you need to check them out!

Dreadful tech support, customer service, and overall product reliability. Will stay clear of this particular company for ANY software needs going forward. Have been working on a billing issue (their mistake by their own admission that has resulted in software functionality suspension) for the better part of a day and still no resolution--just the latest example in a string of significant disruptions/service issues. Caveat emptor!
