2024-02-03 12:23:44Do not use this company. I subscribed to their service for three years. My business stopped operations. I received an email from Zoho to renew the service and they notified me that the credit card expired. I emailed back notifying them to cancel the subscription. And the following day I received an invoice and was charged on an expired credit card for the renewal amount. Somehow they used an expired credit card. I emailed them three times and they have not responded.

2024-05-08 17:51:56This has been one of the worse expereinces ever. From no communications to being told a ton of wrong information. No one seems to have a clue about anything and they will lie to get your business. Then tell you they never said that. If I havent already created so much because of the promises they provided I would leave to another company but I cant afford to do that right now.

2023-01-13 04:30:20Sadly Zoho Corporations service is terrible. Their chat support cannot help and simply direct you to email support which doesnt respond for 6 days. Their telephone is also unmanned and simply tells you to leave a message or contact another email.Otherwise their product is fine but they should focus on actually making their base product and payments work not adding endless features while leaving the critical support of paying customers unmanned on all fronts.Completely untrained individuals who just wanted to help customers and got paid to do so would likely outperform their current customer service by a long shot.

2024-04-04 14:56:36Would be zero starsbank sync issues for 3 yearsThey told me to change banks because it wasnt their fault. I changed to another bank they said would work but doesnt. then they just start ignoring my support request or tell me to change banks again.

2023-03-28 16:49:16I have never in my life had a worse experience with any other company or software. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone that speaks english when you need support and majority of the time you cannot get through anyway. To do any one task it seems you need to go back and forth between three different programs and sign up for things you dont even need like Zoho Subscriptions. I have tried for over a month to learn everything I can and it will not let me do simple tasks. I have coded my own CRM before and Zoho is complete garbage. I am a VERY unhappy customer.

2023-03-15 14:56:30Zoho has allowed our account to be hacked and has not responsed to our attempts to ask for further assistance on the issue two weeks later. Stay away - they allow security breaches!

2014-10-11 17:53:57Ive been using ZohoCRM for several years now. The service is as reliable as any Ive encountered and very flexible. The cost is extremely reasonable. Scalability is also very good due to their month-to-month, no-contract subscription policy.Best solution Ive found.

2016-12-06 02:08:27I have called Zoho, the email provided with my domain purchase and hosting and i have called 7 times within the last 3 hours, i have remained on hold several times for almost an hour, someone will answer like they pick up the phone then slam the phone down without answereing it. I then found another number online called Zoho support and they answer the phone but as soon as you ask your question they hang up on you, the last time i asked for a supervisor and the supervisor came on and i told him of my experience and then he said what do you need help with and i asked him a simple question about my account if i have a hosted exchange or just imap and he said why dont you just look it up on youtube and then hung up on me. I am devastated that this is what customer service has come to and that people are so hateful. I am not sure what to do as like i said i have been trying to call them for over 3 hours

2017-02-13 02:29:38Attended User Conf 17.. a great grouping of Service Desk Plus information sessions for 2 days. The facility is amazing, accommodating the hundreds of participants easily.
