Absolutely love this system. Very reliable and extremely easy to use for my restaurant. The online software and data base has all the details you need, packed with all the information yet so simple to navigate. The crew is really nice and you can tell they genuinely want to help your business run smooth and grow.

We have been using AST-POS Vigore System for the past 8 years and we are extremely satisfied with the performance. The tablets work flawlessly and they have helped the speed of service tremendously in our restaurant. Customization of the POS is easy and continuously updated with new features. The program is very reliable and stable. Tech support answers 24/7. Anytime we needed help, the response was immediate. We highly recommend them for either a new or old business.

We totally recommend to get an AST POS System, we got it almost 3 years ago and it has worked very well in our restaurant. But most importantly is the great support that we have been getting since we bought it, Naveen the owner and all his staff have been always available for anything that we have needed even during the weekends. About four years ago we had decided to upgrade our POS System for our pizza restaurant. We are a busy restaurant with 5 POS stations. We found AST POS as we were hoping to use somebody local. The owner Naveen was our main point of contact in the process. He listened to our needs and gave us a very good price offer. Naveen handled our software customization and brought us into his office to test drive the software as it was being developed. It took about three meetings to get the software developed enough for launch at the restaurant. Once we were live we had noticed a few bugs and needs for tweaking the software. Naveen had his staff get on it right away.I highly recommend AST POS. I love their personalized service and ability to talk to the owner directly every time an issue comes up. We have been very satisfied with them.

Naveen and his Crew are always available when I need service, at 6am and at 11pm. They are responsive and reliable. Ive been a Customer of Naveens since 2002 and the service is getting better every year. The software is always up to date and AST is always on the cutting edge. I cant express enough how important our relationship is with AST. Our business is much easier to run with his software. If you are considering a POS system and are afraid of the change please give Naveen a call they helped us start and maintain our system for 15 years. he never let go of our hand through the whole process.

Recently purchased a POS system from Amber System Technologies and I would definitely recommend them! Naveen and his staff made the tranition very smooth from our older system. Their product is very stable, user friendly, and reliable. I have never had a problem contacting technical support if I experienced any difficulties during the initial set up.

We have been using AST for over 7 years now with other businesses as well as this one! Naveen, Mike and Suzanne and the staff are always a quick call away to take care of any issues, transitioning to EMV was a breeze!When shopping around for a POS system i stumbled upon AST through a friend of mine and everything fell into place, when starting a business you need to make sure you can trust your POS system to do what needs to be done and with AST POS i have been very satisfied!AST is without a doubt the best bang for your buck! they have one of the best products out on the market!Keep it up AST!

First and foremost I have been with AST for almost 10 years -- I have been approached with other systems, but nothing has compared to their product. I have even tried other systems side by side in the stores and I always find myself, going to the AST system.When it came time for us to decide on a POS system, we took many factors into account-- price/eaze of use and customer support. The latter being the most important. I love that they are so accessible, other pizzerias deal with other POS companies and have to wait hours on hold for support-- With AST they are a simple call/text away and generally respond within minutes. The other problem we faced with multiple locations was the ability to access them all remotely--thankfully the AURA dashboard allows us to do just that, we can remotely access all locations from our phone- which drastically simplifies our life. The next direction for us is to incorporate AST new EMV technology for our delivery drivers, so we can avoid charge backs on our deliveries, I am very excited for what is next with AST

Ive been with AST for last seven years, very happy that I switched with them, not only its very affordable but so easy to work with. My productivity is high since it takes much less time to train an employee. When there is an issue or have a question I get immediate response from the company. I highly recommend AST POS system.
