I am really happy with the relationship I have with Xtendly. I had the great fortune of meeting and working with them at a previous company I worked for. I decided to bring them on when I had the opportunity to look for a new agency to work with. They are very supportive, knowledgeable and I have the utmost confidence in them in helping us get the results we are looking for. They are able to do anything I ask, but also gives me great advice in areas I need it. This is the best partnership I can ask for all of my marketing needs. Thanks team!

Gina Piper I Elation R...
127 Spring St #230, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
The buying and selling of real estate, for most of us, starts with an agent. Not many of us know relators, and few have worked with an agent more than once. My wife and I have been through buying or selling many times, and it has always been a long and sometimes difficult process. At the beginning of the year 2021, my wife and I decided to sell our home in Pleasanton, CA. We turned to the agency that we had used to purchase this same home, Elation Real Estate. To add to the complexity of the sale of this home, we were not in-state. Additionally, the sale of this Pleasanton home was a contingency to a home we were purchasing in Washington. As the time grew near, my wife and I were very anxious about all of these details, and being remote added to our angst. In one call, Gina took all of these anxieties off our shoulders. She said that she would take care of everything. She would assess the property and provide us guidance about anything we needed to fix and if major renovation would give a more significant return based on the market. Gina said she would have the house cleaned, and all touch-ups would be done. She would also take care of staging the home. All of which was part of her normal process. She became a hero at this point. What happened next, and what took Gina and Shawn from hero to legend, was a burst pipe days before closing this Pleasanton home. My wife and I panicked. In our minds, we not only lost our dream home in Washington but may have put us on course to everything breaking down. Gina and Shawn did not panic. They managed the hiring and supervision of a plumber to get the pipe fixed. They immediately initiated discussions with the buyers, and with a letter of intent-to-restore, we were able to close. Gina and Shawn handled every step of the process to remediate, asbestos abatement, drying out, re-flooring, re-drywalling, and supervision of trades. Who does that? After closing the sale and after the initial trauma, my wife and I were worried that the continued efforts to get the new owners in their home would falter. Gina and Shawn were technically finished with the sale of our home, and we thought that we would have to travel down to finish the supervision of work. We reached out to Gina and Shawn and thanked them for their exceptional work but understood if they could no longer help us with the remaining work needed. We are NOT going anywhere, was Ginas response. Amazing! My wife and I would like those reading this to understand one thing. If you want to buy or sell a home in or around the East San Francisco Bay Area, no agency will care for your business more than Elation Real Estate. We no longer consider Gina and Shawn as our agents; they are family because what they did and how they cared for us is what family does for each other. To Gina and Shawn, thank you. Thank you for taking a horrible situation and walking with us through the pain.

Liz Venema
660 Main St, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
When we became part of the crowd of Bay Area people moving to Austin TX, to list our Pleasanton home we chose Liz Venema Homes, a Keller Williams agency, since they specialized in selling high-end homes in the Tri-Valley area, especially in our specific Ruby Hill neighborhood. They ran an excellent marketing campaign including multiple open houses that attracted the eventual buyer. The whole process ran smoothly. We were pleased with the outcome and we have recommended Liz to other friends and neighbors that joined us in Texas.

Armario Homes
459 Main St, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
Armario Homes and our agent, Diego Cardoso, worked closely with my wife and I on all aspects of selling our home, he helped coordinate with stagers, home inspections, house cleaners and all other outside vendors needed. He even picked up our mail and sent it FedEx to us. The Painter my wife and I had arranged ended up canceling at the last minute, Diego and team acted quickly to bring in a new painter, which saved the day. Allowed us to get the property listed on time, which in a hot market was critical for us, we wanted to be on the market before others and it it worked. We got multiple offers well above asking. The whole process was professional from the first contact before we signed with his agency to the final closing process. Highly recommend Diego Cardoso. He and the team he works with provide excellent service. Highly recommended

Nibedita (Nivi) Das, R...
450 Main St #100, Pleasanton, CA 94566, United States
Nivi is a one stellar relator who helped us get our first house in our very first bid! Given the market, when we had prepped that the house hunts going to be a long one, she found us a house in record time and the one we absolutely love!True serendipity happened when we found Nivi on Coldwell Bankerss website while reviewing an Open houses listing agency. Nivi was so very warm to talk with, understood our real requirements, our desires in a house as a first time homebuyer and also suggested good neighborhoods in Livermore and Pleasanton. Her experience in the Tri valley was especially very helpful as she had insights about most of the good localities. She was the one who suggested to look at the place we finally got and was very swift in pulling all the right chords to make the deal happen, including doing a lot of market comps! What I really like about Nivi is she will always have time for you and would treat you respectfully and be willing to answer any unanswered question no matter how naive they would be( As FTHB, this was really helpful). Also, she safeguards buyers interests by suggesting the right contingencies when applicable. This gave us a safety net which we didnt end up using but surely spoke a lot about her experience and thoughtfulness. All in all, I would definitely recommend Nivi if one wants an understanding, experienced and delightful person to work with.
