I had a 100/10, top-tier experience with Ledgent, specifically Haley and Todd. I’ve interacted with many recruiters, but I was absolutely blown away with the level of kindness and compassion that Haley and Todd extended to me. It was as if they were my trusted, life-long family friends, who only wanted the best for me, and who were helping me get a job. Haley and Todd were always so positive and encouraging to me, which helped so much during a challenging time for me.Haley first reached out to me about a job opportunity, and it seemed like a perfect fit. She didn’t try to oversell anything to me, and I immediately got the sense that she was a trustworthy, straightforward kind of contact.She connected me with Todd, who was extremely thorough and also very kind and encouraging. Todd explained all the job details and logistics very clearly. He took the time to give me some pointers about interviewing, and gave some great feedback. I greatly respect Todd for how he was able to understand my point of view, and what I needed in order to move forward on a job offer. He understands how to bridge that gap between a candidate who is looking to satisfy their best interests, and a job-offering client also out for their best interests. It’s tricky to do, but Todd does it masterfully!It was also an absolute breeze to get onboarded by the whole system.I have now been with my new job for almost 2 months, and I am having an amazing time! I hope to stay for a long, long time. It was a perfect placement for me.It’s not everyday you connect with recruiters like Haley and Todd, who are so kind, understanding, and skilled at what they do. Leslee Brazil and her team are the ultimate professionals in finding talented individuals in short order. I find it a pleasure working for Ledgent, theyve gotten me an awesome assignment that was a temporary assignment, and this month, Im supposed to become a permanent employee for a law firm. Leslee, shes the one whom has place me at this assignment, and shes awesome. She check to make sure that I am comfortable at my work assignment, and also check to see if Im having a good work day, and work week. This company is awesome to work for.
