It’s been great working with Brianna and Deanna!! We met them first at one of the open homes in our community. They both are wonderful ladies. We were not very actively searching for our next house but looked around on and off. However, they both kept in touch with us for a few years. Finally, they informed us about a house that was coming up in the market soon which met some of our criteria. Both Brianna and Deanna were really good in communicating with us throughout the process. They were also very accommodating to show us the house at night so we could see how it looked with the artificial lighting. We also wanted to bring our kids before making the final decision and they were very encouraging and accommodating. Rashmi judge is another team member who we met during the process and she was also very helpful. I like their energy and desire to help their clients the best way possible. We decided to move forward putting an offer on the house and closed it recently. The entire process was great! What I also really admire about Brianna and Deanna that based on our special request for some specific reasons, they made themselves available on Mother’s Day to hand us over the house key. I think that was amazing and wonderful of them to make it happen! Selling a home is so much more than just selling a home!I’ll say it again for emphasis.Selling a home is so much more than just selling a home!!This is even more true for seniors.We interviewed several agents to list our home and they were all great. What set DeAnna apart, and the reason we went with her, is that when she said that she would help us with all aspects of the sale, finding a rental to move into, helping us pack, actually helping us to move, helping us dispose of our surplus stuff, helping us prepare our house in a cost effective manner, all these things that go with selling a home, she was believable!!. She understood us and she was sincere in her intentions to help us do all these things.And boy, did she and her team deliver!! Not only did they do all those things, they did so in a caring and considerate way that meant so much to us during a very stressful time!! One of her wonderful team members even picked up that we were existing on junk food and made a huge pot of the most wonderful comfort soup that fed us for 2-3 days.It’s possible that other agents would have been just as thorough and helpful.We’ll never know. Briannas communication throughout the entire process was prompt, professional, & friendly. Armario Homes and our agent, Diego Cardoso, worked closely with my wife and I on all aspects of selling our home, he helped coordinate with stagers, home inspections, house cleaners and all other outside vendors needed. He even picked up our mail and sent it FedEx to us. The Painter my wife and I had arranged ended up canceling at the last minute, Diego and team acted quickly to bring in a new painter, which saved the day. Allowed us to get the property listed on time, which in a hot market was critical for us, we wanted to be on the market before others and it it worked. We got multiple offers well above asking. When we were first approached by Diego and DeAnna from Armario Homes, we were not fully ready to list our home yet. However, as we started looking for new homes, we quickly found that we needed help.Diego and team were on top of this entire process. They listed our home in record time and organized the staging as well as repairs. We were planning to sell our home but as home selling is a one of important process and based on our earlier worst experience from different realtor, we were more cautious and choosy. We started meeting different realtors and interviewing to understand their working style and our requirement. Checking different Open house to see how agent is handling a prospect buyers. During one of Dublin open house we meet Matthew Luey (aka Matt). We told that we are not a prospect buyer but we are just here to see the home. even after hearing this, he explained very well about that property, near by area, what are values of that property as well as given information about available disclosers. All these points we find it very impressive as we were comparing different agents and they way they sale the home.During our home sale process, Matt helped us with pre-inspection of home to see what are improvement needed with market demand, gave us different contacts and recommendations for remodeling the kitchen and other areas, which saved a lot of our time. We put our clear expectation from this home sale and transactions process. Matt was very much accessible as we say just a phone call away. Whenever we needed any information he was immediately responding to phone call, text messages and email. Communication plays a big roles in such transaction and Matts way of communication increased our confidences when we put our home in market. We relaxed that our home is in good hand. He took care of arranging needed home inspections, preparing home with staging for photos, digital marketing, distributing flyers in neighborhood, presenting home during Open house, doing follow-up with prospect buyers as well as agents. I was recommended to DeAnna from a friend as I needed to have a house sold in California while I remained out of the state. From our first conversation we had, I knew that DeAnna was going to be a pleasure to work with. She is so friendly and I felt like I knew her already. Along the way DeAnna made some great suggestions how I could give the home more curb appeal and get me a nice closing price without having to spend a lot of money and it completely paid off.
