I was invited in for an interview January 2018 and had a very pleasant experience in this office. I interviewed with Gil. He seemed like a really passionate guy and even asked me some really good questions. I was then asked back for a second interview and got to meet Charlie who explained a little more about the day to day operations. I had a great experience with everyone at IIG Events :) However, I passed on this opportunity since the drive was longer than I wanted for my daily commute.

At first I was skeptical about reaching out to this company for an interview. Once I was able to speak with April, she put my worries at ease. She was very easy to talk to and definitely knew what she was talking about. Once I went in for my interview I was greeted by Tammy! She was extremely out going and bubbly! My schedule unfortunately did not work out with the position but this company is doing great things for our community! Thank you again for the opportunity!-Sam

April called on Monday asking me if I was interested in customer service position. I told her I was looking for management trainee making at least $60,000 a year, she said there is an opening as a manager trainee available and she said that she will let Gil know that I am interested he is the interviewer who interviewed me today. Today I met with Gil for an interview and he was interviewing me for the customer service position. I told him that I came to ibterview for the management trainee position and he said in order to be considered for management I have to be working in customer service before being considered for the position. I drove almost 2 hours to be told something like that I wish April could have told me that over the phone that way I would have the option of showing up not showibg up. I was misled. There is a second interviw but I am not wasting my time because I feel that they are liars and deceavers for not being up front with me from the begining. Also during the interview Gil seemed impatient and distracted.I did not give him any reason to be that way. Be ware of this company they are misleading

I have been working at IIG for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it. They are very flexible and I have been able to maintain going to school full time and working full time, and still having non stop growth in the company. This company has endless opportuinity for growth and knowledge. I am a business major and I have learned more tools for my major here working than in class. I have never been fully satisfies or happy with a job until now because I see myself really growing and reach my ultimate level of success here with IIG!

Inexperienced startup garage company. Bad interviewing skills. The company never seemed to get off the ground.

Marketing scheme. I would recommend not interviewing here. This company can be very misleading.
