I dont write a lot of reviews, let alone reviews for software. But Ive been working with the Roopairs team now for a couple years and have nothing but good things to say. Their product is continually improving, their team is passionate and helpful, and their intent is pure. I wish everyone I worked with had the same philosophy as these guys.
5 stars all the way. As a foodservice technician who’s been using this type of software daily for over 17 years and has used different software in that time I’ve got to say Roopairs has nailed it. Their software is designed for ease of use and efficiency which of course increases profitability and productivity and their future upgrades will only increase all of that as time goes on. If you run a small to medium sized foodservice repair company you need to check them out!

I have used many apps in my career as a service technician. Roopairs is the best I have used so far. The interface is intuitive and designed for use on a mobile device. I love how I can use the app on any device or operating system and still have a consistent experience.The Roopairs team is a joy to work with. Its very important to me that I can reach out directly to the developers for new features I want / need. You cant get that level of attention with other platforms on the market.Definitely give Roopairs a try. You wont be disappointed.

Any questions we had regarding the software were answered almost immediately. Anything that we needed to add to help our business was considered and so far has been added to help us grow our HVAC business. I highly suggest reaching out to their team and getting a quote for your business. Their demos of the software were especially useful to us when we were trying to decide what software to move forward with. You can schedule, invoice a customer, build an estimate, bill your customer via stripe, link with your quick books account, and so much more. You can also have multiple people using the software which come in handy when you have multiple technicians to schedule. Over all our experience with them is 10/10! We look forward to seeing the newest updates and upgrades on the software and manage our business further with Roopairs!

Since I have brought on Roopairs for my invoicing and scheduling needs it has saved me quit a bit of time doing paper work from using QB invoicing to theirs hands down a 100% improvement time and headache. I had tried several other service programs that just did not fit what we are doing in the field, when Roopairs came along it was a God sent.
