Vagaro is very intuitive and easy to use. All of the representatives that I have worked with have had great customer service skills. This is the first time I have tried AI to look over a paragraph that I wrote and was surprised at the suggestions which really tidied up what I was trying to say. Would def recommend.

Therapist of 12 years here....this is by far the best booking system I have ever used. Keeps EVERYTHING in one place if you explore how to utilize it correctly. The monthly payment is affordable. WORTH EVERYTHING!!! Even can issue emailed gift certificates and keep track of every single one! Love this app!

We have been using Vagaro Pro for years, and it is awesome for a salon booking app. I have tried many others and nothing can compare, also the amount of features it has is pretty rad, and that is It VERY USER FRIENDLY is also great. I have 2 businesses and its been the best program I have tried. The price is a little higher than other apps, but the capabilities it has makes it worth the cost. I would recommend it for your appt scheduling type business.

Great value and great options. The reporting is a lot better on this software than others Ive used in the past. They have great customer service and are always trying to make improvements. Just waiting on SOAP notes to be a little better as far as linking to appointments, otherwise its AMAZING. 5 stars!

Vagaro has been awesome for my small business, so clients can book themselves and manage their own appointment. Freeing up the amount of time I would otherwise be messaging back and forth has been huge for my mental health. The program is very easy to navigate, and customer support is quick and helpful.

Vagaro is very user friendly both for clients and merchants. I give them 5 stars on customer service and accuracy. We have always had a positive experience troubleshooting or ordering equipment within a reasonable timeframe. We feel confident using Vagaro for our salon and spa. I highly recommend them to any new business.

Ive been using Vagaro for 3 years! I absolutely LOVE this booking site. Every feature I needed to make my booking site consumer friendly Vagaro has. I also went on a little hiatus from my business and needed to shut my site down. When I was ready to reopen Vagaro had all info on my booking site readily available. Any issues I have, tech support gets me an answer within a few hours. I dont have any negative comments abut this site. It is great. Ill most likely will be working with Vagaro for the remaining years of my business. THANK YOU VAGARO !

I enjoy all capabilities except for the fact that you cannot create your own custom purchase order. Like if I wanted to order an extra product special that I dont need to change the minimum rule on. It wont let you do that. Its a little more leg work on the inventory side but it does keep you accountable to maintain inventory

I have been using Vagaro for a few years now for my business. I have enjoyed every feature and I wish that I fully take advantage of every feature available for every account. They have increase their features as well as their pricing. But compared to other schedulers I think Vagaro still has a pretty affordable plans. Highly recommended.All Ways FitnessGyrotonic, Gyrokinesis Classes, Personal Training, and Trigger Point Therapy.

Very on top of their game for practical application, note-taking, and scheduling. The Apple mobile app doesnt allow one to easily change dates on appointments, though. Also, Ive never received a call back when choosing that option vs waiting on hold. Otherwise, customer service is top notch!

This program has been pretty ideal for our tattoo business. Anytime we have questions, somebody is available to answer them and even submit changes to improve the program based on business need (for our business) which I thought was a really awesome customer service technique that I havent seen in very many places!

I started using Vagaro just a week ago. So far the software is great, lots of functionalities and great price. However, the hardware came defective and Im being charged for additional shipping when the product Vagaro sent is not working. I would understand a defective device can always happen, but why is it my fault. Also, they claim the price is $25 per calendar when its not. The information in the pricing is deceiving. I tried getting a refund but the support staff just said is out of their control and they dont seem to care... I will give them a change to get back on track but dont know if Id trust them long term

Great customer service. My wife was shopping around for scheduling system with inventory control, sales, promos, marketing tools and more. Needless to say we went the corporate office in Dublin to talk to the team. We were very impressed with the level customer service and warm welcoming we both received.

This was an absolutely horrible experience worthy of legal action against Vagaro and I want to warn any medical practice against establishing with them... if you are thinking about it.We were told on 2 different customer support calls that our account has been closed and that the credit processing merchant account refunded our patients.We spent a considerable amount of money and resource time migrating data into Vagaro and already terminated the account that we were using prior. There was significant expense in the Computer tech support of our business to migrate and transfer the data and he had several conversations with your sales department and HIPAA compliance and data migration process. At no point were we told that there were limitations due to scope of my medical practice for the merchant account. As for medical limitations that you have in question, all doctors are licensed to write prescriptions for blood products, hormones (birth control pills, or menopausal hormone replacement therapy), hormones also include diabetic and thyroid meds as there are many hormones other than estrogen or testosterone, that may grouped into therapies.They created an extreme disruption in our clinic flow and processing of the credit from our patients reflecting that someone did not communicate their discrimination practices prior to accepting our practice into the software.We have requested compensation of the disruption of flow, cancellation fees from the company we migrated for and spoke with the attorney for the Vagaro, were treated very rudely and condescending in nature and were not given any answers, ignored and even had our legal counsel try to call with no call back and disrespectful e-mail with female discrimination overtones.This total, not including the disruption of our business, which could have cost thousands of dollars in the time frame that we lost business, and consumer confidence could easily be assessed by our legal team.The terms and limitations of the merchant processing agreement should have been one of the first discussions during account set up. It would have saved our time and resources as well as prevented disruption in the daily clinic functions to have prior notification of limitations for physicians and their private practices.I take it upon myself to warn other consumers through google reviews of the lack of communication regarding limitations of the merchant processing, and discrimination of medical doctors practicing well within their scope. I highly suggest this be something Vagaro add to their customer onboarding information prior to anyone in the medical field considering your services.
