Extremely unprofessional company. I have never encountered so many obstacles to setting up internet. I have been calling daily for the past week to set up internet and still dont have internet. I have been given the runaround by everybody I spoke to. On multiple occasions, calls dropped or I was unable to speak to a live human at all. When I do reach someone, I am told it is a higher level issue that needs to be addressed by the supervisor, who is on break. Representatives promised to call me back later in the day and never did.When I finally get an appointment for internet to be set up, it is cancelled by the company without any attempt to notify me. When I finally reach somebody by phone on the next business day, they tell me they cancelled the appointment because I had not signed the terms fo agreement, which they never sent to me in the first place. There were no apologies for this absurd farce of errors on the companys part.Stay away. If I had any other options, I would go elsewhere, but I am stuck with BAI Connect because it is the only Internet service provider that services my building.Oh, and I still dont have internet, I am posting this review using the Internet from my cell service provider.
