We have taken two computers to Mitec for help, they both needed it badly! They were able to correct any problems and did the work in a professional manner. We got phone calls from them with updates and they always told us exactly what they were doing for the systems. They were so helpful, our computers are running great now and we have been telling everyone to use Mitec Solutions if or when they should have any computer problems! They are trustworthy and dependable!Thank you Mitec Solutions!

So, so, so happy with Mitec for our business internet service and soon-to-be VoIP service! Their internet and services are top notch, but it is their customer service that is the cherry on top. This company has been amazing, every single person Ive dealt with have friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to get me hooked up to internet. I havent had good quality internet in almost 10 years, the speeds and quality Im getting are stellar. The installation technicians were awesome, Cameron and Jonathan did an amazing job, my installation wasnt an easy one, these guys pulled wires through 200 feet of buried conduit due to an obstruction that was blocking the line of sight to my house. They didnt call the job done until everything was perfect. I cant say thank you enough to everyone at Mitec, amazing company that treats there customers right, I cant recommend these guys enough! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Mitec Solutions recently installed their Wi-Fi system on my boat and I couldn’t be happier. They did what they said they would do on time, with courtesy, professionalism and, best of all, the system works great. No data caps, no “throttling back” after a certain amount of usage, no nothing except a reliable internet access system that works perfectly – all for a very reasonable price. And, should there be a problem, I know that they will be there to help. I highly recommend Mitec and the services they provide.I’ve enjoyed being one of your customers and wish Anthony and your whole crew all the best in the New Year.

Our install went very well and we were very, very pleased with Nathan and his courteous and friendly attitude. He explained each step as he went along, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Our PCs, Laptops and my Tablet are working at a greatly increased speed.

Super excited about how friendly and helpful everyone at is at Mitec! I contacted them due to a suspected virus on my computer. I called them to discuss a suspected virus on my mac laptop and Anthony very generously took about 15min talking to me about my problem and even offered suggestions for how I could try to resolve it on my own. Next time I have a computer issue I am definitely bringing it to Mitec!

These guys are THE BEST! They saved my computer - and all 7 years of my childs life in photos.... they then totally optimized it for about a5th of the price of a new computer.... its like lightning fast now and i think i have another few years in my computer thanks to them.... they were amazingly communicative during the process. I couldnt give a better review - they are awesome.

Mitec installed a new internet service at My home. Josh and Nick were fast friendly professional and enthusiastic. They did an excellent job including running cable under the house to the exact spot I asked for. From My first question to the fast reasonably rated ($$) internet I’m using to post this My experience with Mitec has been perfect.

I called this morning seeking help with my iPhone and a patient helpful young women quickly researched the issue and suggested a simple solution that got me on my way and saved a me the inconvenience of finding an Apple store. I’m a busy guy and don’t have time for that stuff.I’ll call them first next time I have a more serious problem with my computer or a different device. Thanks again!
