Ventura County Computers has provided tech support for our school for the past three years. We are very happy with the quality of service they provide and especially with their responsiveness whenever we have a problem. Both Rick and Toby are ready, able and willing to walk us through the complexities of keeping our entire system in good working order! They quickly handle any issue that comes up.Additionally, Rick has provided and maintained a complete computer work area for our students with multiple computers. He makes changes as we need, moving computers and running all the cables and almost always without a complaint.Last, but not least, Rick offers a computer course to our Middle School students - at no charge. He has taught them many of the intricacies of the computers and they have been able to take apart and put back together (successfully) both PCs and laptops.

Martin was the best! He repaired in 2 days what DELL couldnt do in over 2 months!!!!I was in need of help with a computer with I purchased through dell with their gold extended services (almost as much as computer). They messed up the computer, to the point of needing all new components. then they added windows 10 in the wrong format that was not compatible with computer. I took this computer to Martin and he got it up and running with no problem. He is truly a master of technology. He completed the work and had my computer up and running in 2 days.NOTE - we spent over 2 months with of phone calls with DELL and had 2 separate computer techs from DELL out and had to send computer in for repairs (took 2 weeks) and computer still didnt work.

Caring, articulate, able to distill complex processes for the layperson, completely trustworthy and on top of the cutting edge of the latest technology, security, communication, storage, and safe computing practices. Not sure why they were marked as closed - it’s not true. They have been doing mostly remote support since Covid, but their onsite services are still completely operational. They were honest, reliable. patiently explained the damage and solutions and got me the best pricing on the new hard drive and screen. They are top notch pros who actually should have charged me because I got a crash course in computer sciences in the few days mine computer was in their shop. I have been remiss in not posting my review of this superb computer service sooner, and for that, I humbly apologize to Jason and his excellent crew. Over the past couple of years, I have enlisted their help in resolving/repairing my various desktop pc problems, and have been treated with calm respect & reassurance. I have always been given a clear analysis and explanation of the services required to make my computer function properly again. The repair costs have been very reasonable, and clearly broken down on their job invoices. For a nominal fee, they have also been willing to deliver the computer tower back to my residence and set it up for me. For someone who is not much of a techie, I greatly appreciated this aspect of their service!! I highly recommend Raven Computers for any and all computer needs!!!
