2023-05-18 03:16:17Tmobile Tarzana, let me explain. I lately had month to month Tmobile service coming in with my own device (unlocked) and it worked out great believe was flat 75 a month save a bit if your signed up for auto pay. I wanted to upgrade i14 pro max I was a high tear and needed to put a large deposit with Tmobile so I skipped it but needed a new phone so looked around and found ATT they approved the phone I wanted with very little down same monthly so I had to switch service. I went to Tmoblie to pick up a power bank was reasonably priced but nothing wow. Service was great. lots of cellular competition so I cant recommend any specific mobile company to go with in addition each has poor and better phone service in other location.

2021-04-08 00:11:35Come check them out at T-Mobile. You wont be disappointed. Carlos is the man! Diego is cool too. But check them out for anything you need. They have all the answers. Ive been to 5 different stores (Im a Sprint customer) and they all shoo me away. Carlos welcomed me in and made me feel at home from the get go. This will keep me a loyal customer for years to come and Ill keep coming to them. They are amazing!

2023-11-02 03:58:01Excellent service! TMobile representative named Antonio was so attentive with all the customers and in what order we all arrived. This team deserves a raise. I went in for a charger. But I might have to come back to get TMobile again. I’m not all that happy with spectrum. Lol

2023-11-16 07:17:49Im going to that store around 7 pm to change my phone and I need to transfer information and around 7:15 start that and he said take 1 hour and I tell them Im sitting in the car after 5 miner some body came to sushi place next door and and bring T Mobile back I said is done, and he said the person purchase your phone clock out and I back to the store and I was shocked about react and I tell how is it possible he clocks out but you Dont work as well and johnoton was really terrible.The experience I had and I want to him call to his manager and I talked about the why the person start to puchesing if he wants clock out after 10 min and I stay more than closing to can fix my phone they even Dont know any thing about costumer service and Jonathan talking super rude to me and they Say we are a third party with confidents for sure I Dont recommended they dont know about responsibility Respect and customer service.

2022-09-25 19:30:46Nick is anazing. I had failed calls and failed messaging. I spent 1 hour on the phone with Apple and 4 HOURS with technical support from the Philippines for T-Mobil. Nick fixed my phone in 2 seconds! He reduced my bill by $15 a month. This T Mobil store is awesome!!!!!! Go see Nick. Extremely professional. EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you Nick!

2023-03-02 03:36:37If I could leave 0 stars, I would. A representative that “helped” me to install a home internet created an account under my name and NEVER asked me or told me about it, I was misinformed REPEATEDLY for different people on the staff. I truly believed that they try to make sales even if that means “not give the complete information”. Which in my case doesn’t apply, because I asked multiple times about the issues that I started having after and they kept telling me “yes, I assure you is like that”, when it wasn’t. Right now I’m dealing with a charge that I’m not responsible for, but I’m not coming back to this store, when I know they are not going to help me.

2022-11-26 22:47:15Don’t work with Eric. He a layer or really doesn’t know what he is doing . He tricked us into buying two phone and a iPad. He said the iPad is free which is not and they are charging us $9 a month. Also, he said that I would be able unlock my phone for my trip to overseas. When I called T-Mobile, they said that I have to pay off the phone fully ($718) to unlock it. I would have been better off if I purchased both phones unlocked from Apple.

2021-06-08 04:40:35I bought a new iPhone 12 and I was very pleased with the service there! They worked with my price range and I didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage of me at all. I got exactly what I wanted, the staff was I feel pretty upfront and honest about every step and inquiry that they were going to do, step by step. I felt I got a really good deal for the credit that I have and I am very pleased with the attention and help I was given! I am so happy to have a new phone and number for my business 🙌 I do hair and videos, social media, and the camera features are ALL very important for my business! So to walk out with one of the most popular and trendy phone was a WIN for me! I now have 5G as well and I CANT WAIT TO USE IT! THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP ♡

2022-07-14 14:35:14I am very disappointed with service. They’re only interested in selling their product. They never take care of you when you hi back with a problem. I bought iPhone 13 plus otter box. The otter box holster did not fit right and my phone keeps falling out due to faulty product. I never get help from them. I was told to contact otter box company. I never got replaced. I was told to buy another otter box

These guys know what they are talking about when it comes to all the products.Customer service was better then good .if I was able to kick down a 10 star rating I would.I came in and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but thanks to them and there excellent knowledge I got what I needed and was explained every option in complete detail.If you are a t mobile or sprint customer or if you are looking to become one this is the spot and these are the guys to talk to!!!!Thanks again Hector and Diego for hooking it up and not being pushy and most importantly for letting me take my time on making this purchase.You guys Rock.💯
