Stay away from Oscar! This person will lie through their teeth while smiling at you and looking at you in your eyes.Most unethical experience and store I’ve ever done business with. Thankfully everything was kept in writing, I had a very odd feeling when I first met them. Stay away!

Ive been with T-Mobile so long it was literally just a table at the mall when I signed up. I dont usually go into the stores anymore but when I did this time, Sabrina was very friendly and helpful.🤙

Sabrina was very pleasant and helpful. I had a technical problem, explained it to her and handed her my phone. In literally less than three minutes, Voila!My problem was solved. Sabrina explained what had caused the problem and how to fix it myself if it happened again..

Not very knowledgeable about my concerns. They did put a new Sim card in, but that didnt fix the issue. They no longer have a technician to diagnose or fix your phone. They refer you to cpr phone service.

Ive been with TMobile for 8 years and i never had problem till yesterday. my mom and i wanted to update our phones 3 weeks ago and i guess i came little to late supposly the whole system in the store was down couldnt trade our phone they explain to me call to see if there up one point being here is it should be the responsibility for tech in the store to notify the customer system is back up if im still interested but anywho so i called the system still down and then finally they told me thay would call back. still as today didnt get a call so yesterday i went to tge store see whats going on first thing they said we dont have promotions going to my mom i came from work and my mom explain to me what they told her so i was upset. i confronted the topic and i got lady with color hear that gave sarcasim. so i guess after all that there was a promotion and steven started to help me out cool dude i say. my mom got her phone but i couldnt due to the fact it was damage but 3 weeks ago it wasnt im very careful with my but 2 days dont know what happen to my phone and im out of a phone now right i using my laptop writing this post about a broken promise deal this store needs to train there employees more and be fair not because you see a individual driving a high price call especting to make max out profit ashame of you guys

Came in to upgrade my iPhone due to the promotion. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store by multiple team members. Liz was assisting me with the process from backing up my phone and explaining all the chargers and fees. She was extremely personal and made me feel comfortable asking a lot of questions, she was also being very patient even though my phone set up and back up were taking longer than expected. While we were waiting, Liz was assisting her other coworkers as they ran into some problems, she’s extremely knowledgeable about all the products and promotions the store has to offer and she deserves some recognition for her amazing customer service skills :)

We went last weekend to upgrade our phones. We were helped by Bryan and Gris. They were so helpful and friendly. They were both knowledgeable and went above and beyond what we anticipated receiving that day. What we both loved was the attention provided without feeling rushed, the service felt very personalized versus just another customer through the door. Thank you for making a normally tedious experience fun.

INCOMPETENT.Went in for problem computer/phone communication. Computer said malfunctioning USB. Spent the afternoon resetting the phone. did not work. they told me to go to Best buy. I DID NOT BUY THE PHONE OR THE COMPUTER AT BEST BUY. Why should I go there?I bought the phone at T mobile. Awful.they suggest to write and they will fix the issue....I did and I am still waiting... more than a month

Came here just to get estimate and quote on adding either another phone or tablet & was immediately greeted by Berenice Gallardo, she was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient & explained everything to me on what option would be best.. She made the whole process smooth and easy to understand on what i decided to go with.Also the manager of the store Matthew was very polite and greeted us while we were waiting to get helped.. Def the best service from every other tmobile store ive stepped foot it.. It was worth the 1 hour drive out here.

Went in here today with a fairly complicated situation of that involved 11 lines and porting numbers from another carrier. Jose Luis was fantastic, he did a great job listening finding the solution and working through the process with us step by step. Jose kept a positive upbeat attitude the entire time and was incredibly helpful and friendly. This is the T-Mobile store to visit if you live in the Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura area. Plenty of parking, very little wait, plus there is a Subway next door if you need to grab a cookie.

I went to this T Mobile location yesterday to get a new phone. Bernice helped me and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I’ve been with T Mobile for years now but this was the best experience I’ve had so far (not that I’ve had any bad experiences). Bernice was very friendly and efficient.

There is one guy in t mobile who so rude not the Spanish guy the other one. Today when i was there Saturday jan 20 time: 6:39 pm, He liked to fight me for no reason i do not know mangers why are hiring such as those rude people... That hurts to any business
