Matthew did an architectural overhaul on my website. He completely understood how to make a complex concept simple for anyone to understand. The design was beyond amazing. He took my vision and elevated it! Not only is my website beautiful, it is also easy to navigate. His knowledge about accessing Wix features was also an added benefit, as well as his knowledge of SEO. He was not simply interested in creating a basic website, but developing a place where consumers enjoy their e-commerce experience. Matthews communication was top notch. He is professional, personable, and punctual. Our meetings were efficient, he came prepared, and his deliverables were easy to understand. His turn around time to complete my site was within 1 week. This in itself was a miracle because my site was a mess! I have already started recommending him to others. He will be my long-term go to.

Matt and his staff totally blew me away with their work on our site. We went into this expecting some simple search result help, and came out of it with redesigned pages, online store revision and so much more at no extra cost. Im writing this review to Thank Matthew for helping me make my website more accessible and successful. I reached out to Matthew days before earlier in the week and we discussed pricing for what I wanted to do. So 3 days later I reached back out to him to asked some questions about my website but not only did he answered my questions he also did the modifications and some others things to my website at no charge. That was a Blessing so if you need someone to design or updates, upgrades to your website He’s the person I highly recommend.

Matt at Blackthorn was fantastic! I reached out early in the morning with a few stumbling blocks I was having and he resolved 99% with me by 10:30 am that day. He was so helpful and was on the phone with me for almost an hour and cleared up so much. I will be contacting them when I re-design my site this year for sure. he gave me great design suggestions even in the short time we were on the phone. I highly recommend Blackthorn!

Matthew at Blackthorn was a pleasure to work with. Hes got just the right qualities you are looking for. Hes great with the follow up, he knows the product backwards and forwards, and hes easy to work with both because he is friendly but also because he has an easy time grasping what you are working to accomplish. What I needed was not overly complex, but I was impressed by Matthews ability to understand what I needed and knock it out efficiently. I have several different projects going on and Im busy. I have several Wix websites so I dont want to spend undue cycles off in the weeds or chatting about anything unrelated to the task at hand. Matthew was just the guy. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs assistance with their Wix site.
