This review is for the fantastic service provided by the employee Sarah. I came in on Memorial Day needing an urgent wireless solution for the security of my property. It was a unique request, but Sarah left no stone in turned or solution explored until we solved the problem. She went way above and beyond, it was not a simple problem to solve.Most folks would have shrugged their shoulders and turned me away saying, “Sorry don’t know what to tell ya.” Case in point, Sarah was the only one working in that store that day. I had also gone to T-Mobile who had three employees on the floor, couldn’t get past the initial question of what I needed. I was in and out in 3 minutes without a solution.Sarah won a customer that day for Verizon. Verizon corporate take note, with service like that provided by her, if she ever switched carriers I’d be inclined to follow!

Shelby is so informative, and transparent when it comes to value, cost, and best ways to maximize their services for your lifestyle! I appreciate her patience with all my questions and was blown away by the in depth knowledge she shared about everything. This woman knows how to run her store, value her customers and provide them with all the bells and whistles.I walked out feeling so confident about my purchases and upgrades, time and time again she has consistently delivered! I hope her company is aware of what a hard worker she really is!

New manager Kody is excellent as a warm, helpful salespersonI hope he can improve the service attitude of sales woman who is regularly there. She is very bright, but does not volunteer helpful tips.

Seriously? Verizon is asking me for a review? CAN I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS? After having a student plan that eventually became $140/mo I switched to Mint at $240/year. I am an idiot for putting up with them for over 3 years.

Mr. Pinell was very welcoming from my first step into the store. I was impressed that he acknowledged the presence of other customers while helping me. He possesses a wealth of knowledge about the iPhones and was able to patiently explain things thoroughly. Thank you Roberto!

I like the Ojai store. It is not as crowded as the stores in Ventura and is pretty well stocked. The salespeople are generally pleasant and knowledgeable.

There were a lot of things that went wrong with this whole transaction which ended up costing me more money than I wanted to spend: defective and unnecessary screen protector and I had to pay $120 to a computer store to get my data transferred after this location didnt do it properly. I found out later, the same thing happened with the data transfer with my wife months earlier at the same store location.

Very good customer service. Roberto was well educated in how to transfer the data from my old phone to my new one. He was also very patient and offered to help me again with the set up should I need additional assistance.

I was called that my NEW iPhone 13 was ready to be picked up and activated at the store. I had ordered the phone two days earlier in the storeI went to the store and spent over 3 hours with the agent only to find out that the order was mixed up. The phone that they were setting up wasnt even my new phone, nor was it my name or phone number. In the process, I was charged $75.00 to activate this new phone, which wasnt even mine. This had to be refunded of course. I now have to wait an additional 3 days with no phone. Not to mention the mix-up and my loss of time. Nothing was offered in terms of compensation. Just, were sorry.

Very unprofessional! If I would have a choice to go to a different store I would. Very disrespectful. It started with the girl that works there Dawn and I don’t think she has been there that long. I didn’t mind that. What I did mind was the fact that I drove 45 minutes just so her manager Sean or Steve that are in carpinteria mess up my order !! I went for an in store pick up and Sean ended up not talking to me about what was going on and went into my account without authorization !! And added ANOTHER line to my account for a phone that was paid off already! It took me 5 days to get everything fixed with Verizon customer care !! When I called to ask THIS store to help me because they were the ones who added EVERYTHING without MY PERMISSION they told me “ I don’t know anything and I can’t help you, just call customer care” this was the most unprofessional situation I have ever been in!

The worst. We came in to switch carriers and upgrade our phones, Shelby literally took a personal call right in front of us from her BabyDaddy and mid conversation mind you. Firstly, why is your ringtone on while youre at work? She proceeded to go to the back where we heard her cursing. She returned to half help us and once AGAIN took a call mid conversation. She came back and let us know she had to leave due to an emergency and that we would have to return another day or maybe in an hour. My review is based on THIS EXPERIENCE ALONE. We love the other gal that works here but boy was this a disappointment.

Sean and Lucas were very helpful. I got a spectacular arrangement when I switched 3 lines over from sprint, best thing is, now I get 45mbs download in Ojai, sprint was only 2, maybe on a good day. Sean was very helpful over the few days that I ended up spending there (very complicated transaction, not their fault) Sean was able to get me and my family up and running with all new devices and excellent customer service as well. He was very honest with me about what was going to transpire, very appreciated. This shop has a bright future in Ojai.

Place was closed at 3pm on a Saturday. Says open till 7pm. All lights on but the doors were locked. Waited for 20 minutes in case they were in the restroom. Many customers came and left whom were visibly upset. Why have a store if youre not going to be open when you say you are open.
