Horrible customer service. I called ahead and asked if I could get a new screen protector and I was told that if I come into the store I can order a new one. Great, I walk in and off the bat Im told someone will be right with me. Im standing there for 15 minutes before someone comes out. Mind you when I see an employee walk out of the back room there are THREE other employees sitting around talking. I explain my issue, give all my information and after everything Aaron tells me that he cant do anything about it even though I called ahead and was told something different. It has now been 30 minutes and he tells me to try a different store with a petty attitude for no reason after I was extremely patient and kind towards him after having to wait for so long when there were people clearly available to help. At this point Im fed up and I say, so I waited here for nothing? And all he has to say is, pretty much yeah. So rude, didnt apologize for anything. Its not their fault they dont have the product but I called ahead and explained my issue thoroughly and I was told I would be able to receive help. What the cherry on top is while I was being helped 2 other customers walked in and were helped IMMEDIATELY. Yet I had to stand there and waste 30 minutes of my time while the other customers were helped out in less then 10 minutes. Go to a different location, they clearly dont understand what theyre doing here.

I came to this store to switch my phone service from Consumer Cellular because consumer Cellular is changing from T-Mobile to AT&T. I spent several hours at different times attempting to make the change. I gave up trying and decided to move my service to T-Mobile. The store manager Karen spent two hours patiently, skillfully and successfully solving the problem. Thank you!

I never write reviews, but I just have to share. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I simply walked in to have some assistance setting up my new iPhone that I recently purchased from them. Long story short: The manager was so incredibly rude and sent me home to figure it out on my own? Highly highly do not recommend this location. Such terrible customer service.

I spent close to 2 hours here, not because I was waiting so long to be helped, but because the staff went out of their way to help us. I came in to upgrade. The staff answered every question I had about the new phone, and accessories I was looking to purchase. I also had questions about their special promotions. Each one of the 3 staff members were able to get answers for me. The assistant manager went as far as calling other locations to make sure he had the most up to date information, while Stephanie (who helped me from the moment I walked in) looked online for re-verification. The staff helped transfer all my data, pictures, contacts, and even apps from my old phone to my awesome new Galaxy S7 edge. They were able to get me hooked up with everything I needed to start enjoying my new toy. Overall, I had a top notch experience. There is no doubt that I WILL return for anything Sprint related in the future. Awesome work guys, and thanks again! 😎🤘

Im from New Jersey and it was my first time going to Sprint and upgrading a phone by myself. The process of upgrading went smoother and faster than I thought. Everyone in the store is very friendly. I was helped by Michael Cantu and he did a wonderful job. I definitely recommend stopping by. I will definitely be coming back again.

Like others have mentioned, the customer service is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. But its also important to remember that this is a business inside a mall, which means that it is sales-driven. I came in for long-overdue Sprint upgrade. I was somehow lead to believe that part of the terms of leasing my phone was to purchase accessories such as a case and screen protector. I bit on it. After realizing what happened, I returned to the store to return the accessories, and they made it very difficult on me, which included my having speak to three different people, one of which tried to tell me I couldnt return one of the items. I also had to wait 30 minutes for a manager to return from lunch. Some would call this harassment, but I see where theyre coming from. I, personally prefer to shop around for better deals when it comes to accessories, and not paying full retail price.

I’ve been a Sprint customer for years and was ready to leave and join verizon. I went in to this location to get my account number and was helped by a rep named Michael Canto. He took the time to deal with the frustrations I had, analyzed my bill, broke down all that i needed and didn’t need, and by doing so saved me $67 while also getting me and my husband better phones. I’ve never received such above and beyond customer service from Sprint. He alone kept me from leaving. Highly recommend.

Richard at the Pacific View mall location and his staff were amazing. They went above and beyond for my entire family to get us everything we needed for business as well as personal use. He didnt give up and was committed to the excellent customer service I have been with AT&Tfor over 12 years. Im completely happy with Richard and the Sprint family.
