Nothing but sub-par experiences with Cox for more than three years, and a lack of other internet service providers on base means they can (and do) take advantage of the military. Getting a tech to come out was nearly impossible, even though I was getting between 1/50th and 1/100th of my paid-for speeds for over a month.Their phone and online tech support had such helpful advice as reset your modem, and was incapable of anything off-script. My internet has been repeatedly shut down due to lack of payment resulting in me having to physically bring in my proof of payment to the store. Thus far I have had nothing but bad experiences with Cox and will be glad to switch to another company as soon as I am able.
