From scheduling my service with Shula to the technicians (Tiffany) visit, everything went smooth!Shila kept me informed of when to expect a visit and promptly notified me when an earlier visit was available. Which was important to me as I had to shut my water off due to the active leak.Tiffany was prompt, knowledgeable and her attention to detail was impressive! She explained every step of the process to me, and allowed my 18 month old granddaughter to watch as well.I am content with the professional and quick response of this entire team!It is nice to see that there still companies and employees who take pride in their craft.

Tiffany was fantastic. First of all really cool to see a female plumber and secondly she went above and beyond. After the delivery of my fridge didn’t get done due to the 3rd party Best Buy installation crew not wanting to install due to what they called a corroded valve. Called you guys and you were able to get me a last minute appointment with Tiffany. She was super pleasant, fix my issue, plus fixed a running toilet that I’ve been meaning to get fixed for months, and she even helped connect my fridge that the Best Buy crew was supposed to do. Thank you for responding so quickly and great to see you good hire great plumbers like Tiffany!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tiffany from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing to install a new bathtub faucet in my guest bathroom. I called Mr. Rogers because we had a received a quote from a different plumber that seemed higher than expected. Their customer service person was kind on the phone and went to great lengths to get me taken care of quickly and efficiently. She sent out a plumber to give a second opinion and definitely beat the price of their competition. One the invoice they included pictures of the work they did which I thought was a cool touch and lets you see the quality of their finished product.

Brendan came to our rescue when we had a leak coming from the upstairs shower down through the kitchen recessed light! I had 2 other plumbers come to look at it and were unable to figure it out. Just had Nick out from Mr.Rogers plumbing due to a garbage disposal issue. He was very knowledgeable and fast with fixing it. He called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and confirmed if it was okay to come early, which it was! Fixed my garbage disposal within 5 minutes and even helped me understand how to fix it in the future! 10/10 experience with this company!

My garbage disposal stopped working and our newly installed shower was having issues. I called Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing after initially receiving a recommendation from an electrician I recently hired and Loved AND after reading all Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing reviews. Believe me when I say I was NOT disappointed. Arnie arrived on time, put on shoe covers, quickly discovered the issue with the shower and thoroughly and patiently walked me through the resolution of the valve issue and operation of the new multi-function valve. He then inspected the garbage disposal and again quickly resolved the problem. A new garbage disposal was not required. I greatly appreciated Arnies timeliness, courtesy, plumbing expertise, and patience in explaining plumbing issues/operations to a layperson! You wont be disappointed if you hire Mr. Rogers Neighborhood Plumbing!

I called 4 different companies to help with a drain issue. The first one told me that I had a collapsed line and gave a repair quote of $24,000. The others all came in between $12k-$16k. The last one to show up was Mr. Rogers. Jake asked some questions about the situation but he felt that the problem may have been misdiagnosed. Instead of jumping on the expensive repair bandwagon, he asked if he could do the work of reverifying the diagnosis. I am so glad I said yes. He was able to find that the line was just clogged, not collapsed. He cleared the drains and ran the camera to verify. Sure enough, the lines looked good but did need a hydrojet service.I am so glad that Jake valued honesty and reputation over a big ticket job. It saved us at least $10k. As long as Mr. Rogers Plumbing is around, they will always be our plumber from now on. They may not be the least expensive, but not only do you get what you pay for, I have complete confidence that they are not trying to make a payday from our plumbing problems. Its so worth the price (which is not out of line) to have that confidence.Thank you Mr. Rogers Plumbing.

My dual sink in the kitchen was very clogged. I tried every method I can to fix it over the course of the week, but was unsuccessful. Great looking install. I dealt with3 different people through the process and all 3 were great. They were friendly and professional. I will call them again for any plumbing issues.I just called back for another plumbing issue and these guys were top notch again. I needed some gas lines rearranged for a new range/oven install. I really missed up the cold water pipe coming from the wall. So I called Saturday around 12:00 P.M they give a 2:00 to 4:00 window. Tiffany showed up a couple minutes before 2:00 and everything fixed in 45 minutes it was unbelievable. No leaks in my bathroom sink and I been working on it at least 2 weeks on and off. Called Mr Rogers to fix a slow flushing toilet as my neighbor uses them all the time. Ive tried all the household remedies and nothing worked. It was either the drain or the vent pipe is partially clogged. They came within the appt timeframe. Tiffany looked at the issue and suggested they use the snake first. Within 5 min, the issue is resolved ane flushes better than ever. I told her I was using the plunger for the longest time but she said using that only pushes whatever is clogging the drain so water goes down. Will be using them for the future.

Faucet was at very low flow. Tiffany troubleshot the water pressure at the stop valves to ensure sufficient pressure. She also checked the house water pressure. She removed the faucet and discovered corrosion within the faucet water lines and components. Luckely we had a new faucet. She then cleaned the stainless sink. And then insalled the new Faucet. Very profesional, friendly, and knowledgable. I will use Mr. Rogers NHP again if the need arrises.

Ive dealt with plumbers before and it is always not pleasant. In the pass, they would show up with attitude and with a simple clearing of the main pipe and after day is over, playing way more of a service then needed.Mr. Rogers were different. Instead of 1 plumber showing up, there were 2 of them. They came to my place with a smile and ask a few questions and when to work. They not only clear my clog, they make sure other places (sinks and toilets) were clear of debris. Finally, also advice want we can do to keep the pipe clean as possible.This company does hire the right people for the job and reminded me back in the 80s when people do take pride in their work and help thie neighbors.I would highly recommend them to my friends and would use them again.

This company saved us from a MAJOR issue. We rent our property as a vacation rental. On a weekend we found that our water heater was leaking, which was a huge issue for our business and our house. I called around to multiple companies. Mr. Rogers answered our immediately AND a representative was on-site within the hour. Our rep - Arnie - was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the situation and provided us with options. He worked with us through the process of calling the warranty company and extracting / returning / replacing the broken water heater. They came to our rescue in a couple hours. Great job ! Heres the extensive work done that afternoon.Leak investigationUpon arrival, went under the house to check for leaks found 3. One coming from supply lines behind washing machine. Second one coming from angle stops under bathroom sink from copper lines going under the house. Third one coming from main sewer line connection, rotted.Replace the washer supply lines with new ones. Replace hot and cold angle stops under hallway sink along with the ft. of copper that I soldered from underneath the house. I replaced the main sewer line connection with a new Franco.Change the kitchen faucet with a new Moen faucet customer supplied, and three of the four angle stops underneath the kitchen sink. Checked everything for functionality. Everything is working well at this time.Very impressive.

Mr. Rogers goes above and beyond in customer service and workmanship. Meghan, the woman who answers the calls and schedules the work, is excellent in making sure your concerns are heard and will do whatever she can, to make sure you are happy with the work provided. She has a wealth of knowledge and will share what she can to help you understand the problem, prevent the problem and or what you can do to take care of the problem yourself. Our a shower faucet would not turn off this morning. After a quick trip to the hardware store, realized we needed a professional. When I called, the phone was answered right away by a polite advisor. I have been dealing with the HOA regarding a plumbing issue for months (HOA roots growing into bathroom pipes) and now that Mr. Rogers and Megan are involved, things are finally starting to move. Megan is such a pleasure to speak with and provides a high level of customer service. She was upfront and realistic with me (which I appreciate). She explained that because it is an HOA matter it will not get resolved quickly, that it has to be approved by the board. Wow.. these guys did a great job. We had a landscaper install a new fire pit and the gas line was ran really low and the lava rock and fire glass was roughly 1’ft above the gas line. The flame would disappear and reignite all of a sudden and was a definite safety hazard. Also the flame wasn’t centered.I called on a Saturday and the dispatcher reccomended waiting till the weekday for my service call.
