Araceli was super helpful. She explained the different upgrade options to me and wasnt pushy at all. She took the time to ensure all data was transferred and answered all questions I had for her. We were greeted as soon as we walked in as well. Her customer service was top notch.

Very nice store, in Oceanside California hyw 76 in Avery nice complex every thing imaginable you could want in great phone plans, tools, knowledgeable sales staff, very full of all all you need, watches, I pads, etc. Very knowledgeable about phones and other things, very highly recommended, good luck in your choice and fulfilling your needs

My recent experience at T-Mobile has been nothing short of exceptional, all thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Bryan . Over the course of two frustrating months, we had been facing a persistent issue with our phones. We had visited the store multiple times, they genuinely cared about our problem. greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome.If youre looking for the best customer service and a team of knowledgeable staff, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this T-Mobile branch.In conclusion, a big thank you to Bryan and the entire T-Mobile team at this branch for their exceptional service. What a wonderful team at this location!! 5 thumbs up if I had 3 more. Knowledgeable team and talk about welcoming and helpful, very outstanding. I changed from being a long-term AT&T customer to a brand new T-mobile-r after talking to the service staff. They still have Samsung electronics for me and Apple, etc. for everybody else. I like how my voice-mail calls are summarized in a text message, so if Im unavailable to answer, I can read the voice-mail in text form to know if it is urgent or not! Last but definitely not least, T-mobile has joined with AAA nationwide to give seniors a special-rated plan that will never be increased. How cool is that? Wahoo!

I bought a phone by calling T-Mobile directly I was told to go to my local T-Mobile store in order to return my old phone and that T-Mobile would buy my old phone and credit my account. When I arrived the sales person (Andrae) told us that T-Mobile had made a mistake and that it was our problem, not theirs. He and the other two sales people offered no help, no empathy and no suggestions beyond calling customer service. They were basically telling me that I was going to be charged the total price of the phone and that there was nothing that they would do about it. So, I called customer service who sorted it out and sent me to a different store where the sales person told us that this was not a problem and that she could help--which she did. If you want to be treated rudely and be provided with zero customer service go to the store at 447 College Blvd, Oceanside. If you want to be treated professionally by someone who cares, go to the one at 550 Hacienda Dr., Vista Ca.

Got a new phone a few weeks ago, my last phone sadly stopped working. Experience was great Victor was honest and helpful! He went out his way to help me save my phone number that I had with my last phone . Through the frustration with another carrier that wasnt very professional he made sure I was able to use my number and he took his time. Thanks victor you did great!!

They are the rudest people ever! They are not a repair center..dont waste your time at this location. They will not honor warranty issues and send you to call 611 on your own to find a store that can replace an apple 12pro max that is 10 months old, purchased there and has mechanical issues. Instead of telling me where to go, they just hung up on me. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL They said We dont even carry the 12 Pro Max anymore. I asked them if they could order it and they said no.

Takes a long time, accomplishes nothing, as this was the third time going to a sprint store trying to transfer a number to a different bank card, and isnt even comfortable or entertaining while doing so.The stores may as well be called kiosks, or occupied vending machines, if someone isnt specifically there to buy something new that they happen to have in stock at that particular location, theres nothing they can or will do to assist customers.

Very friendly staff, and helpful as well. Even know they didnt know how to exactly address my issue, they put theyre due diligence forth and ultimately, they were able to resolve the problem I was having with a device transfer. They were patient with me, understanding and accommodating to my budget. They even started almost a half hour after closing time to ensure my problem was resolved! Definitely will re visit this location the next time I need to go to phone store in person!! A+ service.Thanks guys!

I dont normally write reviews but this one I had to. Quick back store my husband is living overseas and I was unable to call him even though the plan we had was suppose to allow me to do so. I had been able to call for the last 7 months and now I couldnt get through to him. I went into a Sprint store the other day and they said to call customer service international. It went from bad to worse 24 hours of trying to talk to customer service and they couldnt fix the problem. I got off work and decided I would try to go into a Sprint store one more time before I gave up. I walked in to this Sprint store and started talking, they took the time to listen to me, they logged into my account on there computer sat down with me, talked to the customer service chat for me and we figured things out. I was considering leaving Sprint unil this happened. I truly appreciate them not for only helping me but listening to me because no one else would. This will be the store I go to for any questions or problems.

Had an appointment at 11, its 11:25 and they still had not helped me. 3 people in the store, two of them helping customers and one guy playing on his phone and cant even take a second to acknowledge me. Very frustrating, they lost out on me purchasing two brand new phones. I guess I will go to a different tmobile store.

I waited 45 minutes for them to get a phone out of the time delayed safe that opens in 10 minutes. Ended up leaving before the phone made its way from the safe to the counter. Ill buy a phone from anyone else before returning to this store.

Make sure the sales people turn off the phone when they switch you over to your new phone. Otherwise, you might get charged when you shouldnt. Then you will be on the phone with Sprint trying to rectify the situation for 2 hours like I was; with 4 different departments and getting the runaround. Not happy at all and seriously considering switching to a new carrier.

Sometimes you cant help where you work at so I forgive everybody that works at a Sprint store. That being said sprint is the worst phone carrier ever! I was a long-haul truck driver and my reception was so bad! Id even be near major cities and not get reception! Sprint can eat me forever.

I have been trying to get a phone that I never left the store with taken off my bill. I am currently being charged for more phones than I have and the store has done very little to assist with this. I have been having this issue for a year and keep getting blown off and told to call higher to get it taken care of and then told to go through the store.

Daniela was defensive and confrontational when asked to provide proof of documents previously cited. While I was on the phone with T-Mobile customer care and in store as directed she couldn’t help herself from showing her sub par attitude.Who do you serve? Customers or coworkers?If this is the first time you have ever read something about Daniela I’d be surprised but not shocked.
