My appointment was quick, easy, and pleasant! I barely waited for the appointment to start and it was over before I knew it! I felt seen and heard and was given ample opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns I had.

It was a bit confusing to find this spot, but the Lyft driver found it.Kind of looked odd, for I never knew that businesses could be in an apartment complex kind of thing, but it was all ok I suppose?They gorgeous women in here are very helpful, with me, and my mother who mainly stayed in the lobby while I take the necessary tests.A plus for this business.Yet, did not cure this tinnitus that I realized. But does not bother me as much, for I am just learning to live with it, but there are at times gets oddly weird of such, like for instance much louder higher pitched static noises even though no tvs are on around me =(

Attention to detail and thorough testing. Dr might not understand how to explain the forecast very well, but he repeatedly asked if there were any questions and let me know I could call if I thought of anything later

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Alsbury by a friend who happens to be an esteemed professional in the field of audiology.Dr Alsbury methodically reviewed my hearing history, my deficit and made recommendations to accommodate my needs. I found her to be a warm, caring professional. I would highly recommend her

Dr. Clemens was great! She kept my 6 year old engaged and was able to give a thorough evaluation of her hearing. She also took the time to explain her findings to me and what next steps would be.

My experience was outstanding. I had an urgent need to see an audiologist after an apparent adverse vaccine event resulting in significant sudden hearing loss and constant tinnitus. I was expeditiously scheduled into Escondido and then quickly relocated to an earlier appointment at a closer location all handled behind the scenes. Outstanding! The appointment, testing, subsequent explanation and almost immediate emailing of the test results was beyond belief. I’m very impressed and highly recommend Professional Hearing Associates! I was served by Dr. Levy. She was very courteous and professional-I had a feedback problem and wanted it treated. Earwax was the issue so it was easily treated. She did discovery a small crack in one of my aids-luckily it was under warranted, so he put in for a placement for that part. Beyond that I had a hearing test and both aids were cleaned. Great service.

I received excellent and thorough care from Dr Illich. He reviewed my test results and educated me on the details. Very encouraging and informative. Office staff was helpful as well. Definitely recommend.

When I first called Professional Hearing I received excellent patient service. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me.Dr. Clemons, who I saw on my first visit, was easy to communicate with and certainly informative.I recommend them confidently.
