They are extremely organized and thorough. They are tech savvy, maintain a great online presence and provide internet reminders of work that needs to be done. They are experts at what they do, well-trained, personable, communicate well and explain what theyre doing and why it needs to be done. I am very disappointed with the poor after sale service. I bought a used certified G37S coupe and had to call them several times (because they did not return my calls) for an important document they failed to provide me at the time of sale, and I was passed around between sales, service and finance departments. Finally, I left a message with the General Manager and a few days later, the Internet sales person (black gentleman) returned my call and said he will try to locate the document. He never called back.Earlier, right after I bought the certified vehicle, I asked for a missing owners manual and the same internet sales person (and his staff or colleague who sold me the car) also gave me the run around. They did not return calls and eventually after several weeks, I had to drive 40 miles back to the Metro Infiniti dealership to pick up the owners manual.
