This place is a wonderful resource to the surrounding community. The people working there are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and ready and willing to offer assistance for a wide range of inquiries. The center assists w/ both long-term and interim housing services. They also provide daily meals to the community, pantry services, basic necessities, such as showers and toiletries, and healthcare services. If you need help, theyre an invaluable resource, ready and willing to help the community.

Great place that helps you. Case worker melody is so dedicated in helping you and goes out of her way to make sure its all correct and properly process. The staff I met were all nice and attentive. Food they give away is fresh and good quantity

Im disabled and soon to be homeless! I called this establishment for HELP & they passed me off to VOA, VOA, passed me off to Union station! And that ended with just an answering machine with no call back! Yet Foothill Unity website says they help out with shelter? & you would think they would help a disabled person who cant defend themselves? There is no help...

Great place for people struggling with homelessness, They Give Out Luch And Snacks, They Also Give Them Hygiene Kits, New Socks, Shirts & Underwear both For Male And Female once they are giving these items they have the option to shower in there portable showermobile.

They help any way they can w/the intent of getting you what you need. They work hard all day in the office as well as assisting clients coming for reasons like; lunches, food boxes, hygiene kits, mail, & showers on Fridays! Thanks for ur hard work and dedication to people who are in need on their way back up!

This placed is horrible if you have to do community service. The people in charge Reina or Johnathan always come late or dont even come in at all. They have no regards for peoples needs, if you need your paperwork for court soon they dont care and will have you come multiple times looking for them to get it done. Please dont sign up for this place.

Bad service, dont come here they dont help u out. Got kick out today without help. Call on Friday and someone told me to come today Monday 12/21 from 1-3:30 giving out gift cards for christmas have 2 kids they came with me. No toys todays for kids. Line up and gave me nothing that i had to be register. They never told me that on phone. Being affected financially, with covid, couldnt help me out so sad, dont come here.

Let me tell y’all something, I’ve been in the retail/warehouse business for a long time: Assistant Manager at a Thrift Store owned and Operated by Youth NonProfit Organization, went on to work at Sams Club, then afterwards Target Warehouse and upgraded my finances when I went into the Entertainment Sector…. Even though I did all that, nothing gives me more Joy then hard work serving on behalf on the community. It is not just a job for me though I volunteer here. It’s a passion. As long as I’m there, you will have quality A1 service all around as it regards to face to face contact or behind the scenes. They have been around for years serving the community with meals, clothes, toiletries, and other various things including temporary to permanent housing. If they can’t help you directly with your issue, they can direct you to someone who will.They are a donation center and they take pretty much everything, but DO NOT SEND JUNK. How fair is that? If you don’t want it or can’t use it cause it’s broke, or extremely dirty, or missing items, legs off furniture and things like that, why you gonna pass that problem off to someone already dealing with people who are disadvantaged? Donate, new or slightly used furniture, clothing, electronics, or phones. If you donate food, let it be in abundance… not premature garden grown vegetables that are not fully grown or ripe, expired food, or 5 cherry tomatoes you put in a bag…. Think smart. If you don’t want it or wouldn’t gift it to someone, then I’m sure nobody else is gonna want your junk. We might as well tell them to pick it out the trash if we was gonna give them junk! Monetary donations are always appreciated… these staff busts there butts going thru junk picking out the very best of things to present to the homeless and those less unfortunate. That’s a lot of work!! Put some respect on they name ✊🏽. Other than that love this place.

They helped us for 2 week stay at the Extended Stay America and im greatly appreciated for that but today was the last day there and they said they had no more funding to accommodate my family really respectfully

A non-profit with a noble mission to provide assistance to those in need. Its main operation is its food bank. The organization serves the Foothill communities stretching from Pasadena to Azusa. The people working here are wonderful. Volunteer opportunities can be found here as well.

Ms Melody McNulty is a super nice case worker that will go out of her way to help a family in crisis, she has a genuine heart very patient also compassionate. We need people like that! I went there for a Covid test. The woman who answered the buzzer on the speaker was annoyed and spoke to me in a rude tone telling me that testing will be done on Friday. I wish their website gave that information. Other people showed up when I was there.

The are a full service / client orientated service center. Obtain a full grocery cart of food, that includes vegetables, variety of meat products, dairy, juices, and few sugary sweets, along with basic staples. The offer medical, housing, employment opportunities, and even a representative that will assist in obtaining a FREE S4 Smart Phone with Unlimited Calling, Texting and presently 500MgB of Free Data /Internet. AT NO COST .A variety of ways to qualify ie: Medi-Cal, EBT, Social Security, SSI, Disability, Section 8, WIC and thru income of less than $25,900 for a 1 individual .

The foothill unity center has treated a family member of mine very poorly everyday she goes to work and comes home stressed out she also tells me that she is constantly being yelled at in my opinion that can cause Work place violence and is also considered Work place violence now what kind of company treats there employees this way
