I walked in about hour before closing and was greeted by Sarah. Sarah helped activate my new phone and even stayed after closing time to make sure it worked! I really appreciated that because I know when it’s closing time I’d want to go home asap. She was friendly and professional and didn’t make me feel like a burden to keeping her. I would definitely recommend going to her for any kind of help.

Very poor customer service. They should not get at least one start. I walked into get new i phone 12 pro max blue color one and i pad air. They said they have two phone on the stock. I said ok, then let me get one, then the person in the store said if you want to get a phone i should buy 3 more accessories with the phone. Otherwise they won’t give the phone to me. Is that how Verizon treating to the customers? I will go ahead and definitely open a case against for this store.

I think this is going to sound like a totally fake review, but it is not!!I had the absolute best service with a sales person there by the name of Hash!I first went in on a busier day and he was doing his absolute best to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible. He was the only one there and was able to really keep his cool even when people were losing a little bit of their patience. He kept a smile on his face and try to keep everything upbeat. All in all everybody left with what they needed…😃He had to order a phone for me and I was so appreciative when two days later he called me to tell me that the shipment had come in and I could pick up my new iPhone.I picked up my phone he help me transfer all my data and taught me a few things with regards to syncing my watch etc.As new people walked in he was quick to recognize them and let them know that he would be with them shortly.Hash needs a raise! He was the only person when there today as well as the last time I was in and he just kept things flowing!This was the best experience I’ve ever had at that store or any other Verizon store!

My experience at this store was such a pleasant surprise to see the customers so well attended to that I ventured in. A quick question answered soon turned into a game changer. Hash has excellent customer relation skills. Not only did he explain the value and cost efficient reasons for upgrading my phone but he added to the warmth felt at this Verizon store with his own personality of laughs! Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Brenda is over the top pushy and just flat out rude. Won’t even sell you a phone if you don’t upgrade your line, buy accessories, or somehow help her out. Felt like a used car dealership and she just seems like she doesn’t want be there. Extremely rude person and needs to find a new line of work.

I went their yesterday to try and get my bill paid and the agent that was their look like she didn’t want to be their like she was rude and unhelpful and when I was trying to ask her question she wouldn’t even bother answering this is the last time I go to this store if you don’t want to work no one is forcing you to go work stay home but please don’t give and attitude to the custumer that’s being friendly she didn’t even have a name badge on her so sadly I can’t even give the name of the person that assisted Mi no wonder I see that store empty because of ppl like her never again will I step a foot at that store I rather drive to Pasadena or somewhere where I be treated with respect

The young employee who helped me out was very mature and polite, but several of my requests I had made were given informed or misleading answers from the on-site manager.First I requested if I could just set up the phone without an additional service charge which I was being quoted at $100-200. They said it would be reduced to $100 and would include a screen protector, charger, etc. Turns out to set up the device was just $30 and I was forcibly sold retail up priced accessories.Second I was told that I could not migrate Samsung/android text messages to the Apple platform. Turns out you can through a native iOS app, but it has to be done during the set up. Unfortunately I found this out too late and had to factory reset my phone in order to transfer all text messages to Apple after leaving the store. Then I had to reset up my phone from scratch myself.It’s kind of like why did I even go to make an in-store purchase when I got non of the convenience and was taken advantage of to pay a premium for accessories?Anyhow for future reference the app is literally called “move to iOS.” Its a free native Apple app, and during set up there is a selection prompt to transfer data from android on the iPhone.

Do not go here, I’m being 100% honest. They are horrible. They told me I was signing up for a $35/month plan, when I saw my bill, they signed me up with a $50/month plan PLUS $17/month insurance I didn’t want.On top of that they charge another $100 service fees.On top of that, I gave them four iPhones to trade in. 3 months later I still didn’t get a credit. Came into the store and they told me the phones were never turned in for a credit.This is an honest review. Please take my advice and stay away.

*Used to* be a great location. I took mybusiness there for years.I went back last November and they had all different personnel and were the WORST.Not only did they seem to know next to nothing about available products and services, they were rude.I finally made an appointment with the (at the time new) manager Steve to try and sort out some issues with the brand new iphone I’d gotten from their company online, as it was not available in the store.He sounded like he knew more than the other dudes who’d previously answered the phone, so I was hopeful.When I showed up, “the lights were on but no one was home”. The door was locked. The door sign said “open”, and store lights were all on, but no one answered when I repeatedly knocked loudly. I sat in my car and tried to call them, but just kept getting a recording.After a while some other GoWireless employees drove up and went into the store. I spoke to them and they told me they were from another location. Steve came out of the back room where he had been all along (on break?), didn’t even speak with me, but went back in with the other guys. One of the guys who showed up took down my # and said he would call me to sort out any problems.He never did.Central GoWireless (Corporate?) were as helpful as they could be. A few employees in North Carolina did all they could remotely, but I did end up having to go to the Apple Store to resolve some basic issues.I’m writing this now because my husband, also previously a longtime Verizon customer, just went and got a new iphone at the Apple Store, to be assured of decent customer care.He also switched his carrier to T-Mobile.

He was very busy and made sure everyone was being taken care of while managing a cell tower outage which brought in numerous customers who were confused and some upset. Read a few bad reviews before coming here. Decided to give them a chance. I was surprised what good service I got here. They were all very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I was upset with customer service. They couldnt help me resolve my problem. Came into the store already upset and ready to cancel. My wife and I just purchased iPhone Xs and we brought them in to GoWireless to have them set up on Verizons network (it is the only network that provides good coverage at our home in Arcadia). We worked with Eileen and she was very friendly and helpful and walked us through the process. She also helped us pick out some very nice cases to protect our phones (much better then the last cases we had). We really appreciate the help that Eileen gave us - she is an excellent employee. Be careful with this store. The employee is not honest. I purchsed a plan with multiple lines, the price they told me is $35 per line and $30 after enrolling for autopay. I just found out I have been paying $40 every month so far, not $35 or $30. In addition, they told me to purchase an Ipad and $300 rebate. The rebate never came back and I called and they just get different excuses. Please be care with your contract pitfall (the price is not labeled in the contract and not in the Verzon system!!), the price is only about the device prices. LOL, never should have trusted them.

It’s a wonderful place to buy an iphone. I never write reviews but Joey is the first cell phone retailer who has told me the truth. The deal was straight up and the information was correct. I was in and out of the store happy for the first time ever. Be sure to see Joey.I liked the process so much I went back with my mom. She had the same wonderful experience with Joey. Avoid this store if you can! When asked to have bills and charges printed, employee insisted nothing could be printed. High pro-rated charges on the bill due to the time of switch and when I went back in to fix was told there was no way those charges were real. Clearly does not understand how Verizons system works and just wanted to get a sale. Bill did not go down as promised and now Im dealing with customers service remotely. Avoid!

Salesman Darin V. offered a 2 for 1 deal on a pair of Google Pixel 3 phones. I’m now paying on installment plans for these 2 phones at full price. My advice is to MAKE SURE you receive any deals or offers in writing from these people, and to make sure you fully review your paperwork before you sign anything. These folks can’t be trusted.

Useless customer service from their Asian girl worker. I went in for a simple procedure of transferring and activating a phone number to a new phone from a damaged one. She didt even try to to help. She just said she could not do it. I went to a different location and they helped me with the activation in less than 18 minutes. Poorly trained and useless customer service does not sound well for the verizon brand. I was lucky the other worker at the othèr location where I was helped was professionally trained and new what to do.

The people at this store will rip you off and lie to your face. Last year I went in to pay off my last phone (which I had lost) and get a new one. My issue isnt with the four lines we have and the payments for the phones which we fully agreed to. It is with the sales people saying theyd throw in a Samsung tablet (for free, just $10/mo. to use the tablet on our wifi, which is fine; I knew about this going in) and now when I want to get out of Verizon and get something cheaper, I find out that theres a two year contract on the tablet and to get out of it at this point will cost us $135! The tablet was never free.The worst thing is that they said theyd throw in a jet pack, once again, for no charge. I knew I didnt need a jet pack; that I could create a hot spot with any of our phones, but I guess I was thinking that it was free so it didnt matter and it might come in handy. I found out that the jet pack is costing us $20/mo. for something I dont use. We also have to pay $135 to get out of that two year contract (also things they did not mention).And dont be swayed by them saying that theyre under new management, that theyve been getting a lot of complaints from people about the previous group. I went in there with a plan that we were paying $150/mo. for. I didnt want to pay any more. I knew that by getting the tablet and paying the $10/mo. it would go up to $160. I asked the guy to guarantee me that thats what we would be paying. Nothing in all the paperwork that we were given explicitly stated our monthly bill and broke it down for us. I asked him to print out something that showed that which he had trouble doing.So I start getiing my bills from Verizon and the first one or two are over $200. Then they settled down to about $180/mo. which now makes sense because were paying $20/mo. for that stupid jet pack. (A jet pack, by the way, is a device that will allow you to have a hot spot anywhere you can get Verizon service and you can use your data for tablets and things that dont have their own cell line.) To get out of this its going to cost us the $270 ($135 times 2) plus what we owe on our two phones (the other two are paid off.) Im not upset about the phones and lines, Im upset about the tablet and jet pack and that they lied to my face.I suppose some people will tell me that I was gullible or too trusting, which I was, or buyer be ware, but I think that if they want people to continue doing business with them, they need to be up front and honest. I WILL NEVER USE VERIZON AGAIN!!!

I was havinvg a problem with my Pixel 2 phone; I had stopped in the Verizon store in Pasadena and no one could figure out how to get a certain icon off of my screen. Even the manager of the Pasadena store couldnt figure it out. I was shopping in Monrovia and stopped in the Verizon there on Huntington on a lark thinking maybe someone there could help - and sure enough, RONNIE came to the rescue. It took him about two minutes of playing with the phone and he got the icon off the screen right off the bat!! Thanks, Ronnie - you are great and in my opinion, deserve a raise!!!!

We called Verizon and they went ahead and cancelled the line (we hope they did it correctly this time) but refused to give us any credit. It is not a lot of money, but it is the principal.
