Patrick and Matt are true gems. Not only are they both professional and great at what they do, but more importantly, they are kind, considerate, good people who know how to put themselves in someone else’s shoes when handling matters. Also thank you to Estella who keeps this place nice and clean. I have nothing but good things to say about the team here. Much appreciated! Double thumbs up!Avalon Monrovia is well designed - both in functionality and aesthetics. The floor plans are well thought out and the amenities are great. Each time I step into one of the spaces, whether it be the gym, lounge, workspace, or pool area, it makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Oh and you can get a nice view of the sun setting into the mountains from here :)

If I could give them more stars, I would! As someone that has moved a few times already Avalon Monrovia has been THE MOST seamless experience. I stumbled upon this place accidentally, and it was the best decision that I could have ever made. The entire team including Patrick, Juan, Matt, Diana, and Trevor have been so accommodating and are always there to greet us with a smile! They truly are the reason why the Avalon felt like home... Any concerns that we had throughout our time here has been addressed timely and in the most professional manner. The property is well maintained and kept clean at all times. The amenities are absolutely beautiful and the building is located conveniently off the 210 in old town Monrovia. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but you need to go see so for yourself. Avalon Management... if you are reading this Juan, Patrick, and Matt deserve recognition for all that they do to keep us residents happy. We have recommended so many loved ones to Avalon and will continue to do so.

***UPDATE*** It’s been more than 3 months and AvalonBay corporate still hasn’t fixed the problem. The wall has been dried three times but the cause for the leak still has not been fixed or determined. So every time it rains, we can expect a leak! We have been told that the contractors will be starting work but nothing yet. Have other residents had issues with Avalon Corporate similar to this?I just wish corporate was as helpful and communicative as the staff on the property.***We love the neighborhood and community. However, we have had consistent leaks with this winter’s rains. First leak was above the living room windows; the most recent leak is through the ceiling in the loft. Nothing has been fixed even over a month of problems. Avalon Corporate’s solution has been to open up walls, expose electrical wires, and ask us to book and pay for our own hotel rooms. Their solution is to break lease on our expense. We are a family of 5 (including 2 toddlers and a senior grandmother). If you are looking for a place to live that will repair and resolve problems when they happen, Avalon is highly NOT recommended! You will be left to figure things out yourself with no help from corporate.

My wife and I have absolutely loved living in Avalon Monrovia. Moving in was incredibly convenient due to several factors, including an unloading area for moving trucks, reserved elevator access, and spacious hallways that made moving furniture a breeze. The staff has consistently been friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. They are also pet-friendly, which our dog greatly appreciates! The maintenance team is truly amazing.Avalon Monrovia offers fantastic amenities, including a pool, hot tub, gym, Amazon locker, and various community social spaces such as the rooftop area, which have significantly enhanced our overall experience.To share a short story, my wife and I once helped host a surprise birthday party for a friend on the rooftop lounge area. Patrick Mead (Sales and Service Supervisor) and the Avalon staff were incredibly helpful in answering all our questions about hosting the party and were extremely supportive and accommodating. During the party, we accidentally overloaded the electrical outlets, causing a breaker to trip and cutting power to the rooftop area. However, this mishap didnt end the celebration. We immediately called the maintenance team, and Matthew Solis arrived promptly to resolve the issue. He quickly reset the breaker, explained what had caused the problem, and ensured that the party continued without any further disruptions. Matthews quick response, patience, and friendly demeanor throughout the entire process were highly appreciated by us and all of our guests!In summary, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time at Avalon Monrovia and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Our Avalon apartment tour was amazing! Patrick was very knowledgable and answered all our questions with care. Even after the tour had ended and we happened upon Patrick as we were walking along the street of the community, he stopped to chat and answered more of our questions. Overall the Avalon complex looked very well maintained and had beautiful views on the rooftop as well!

We rented our apartment sight unseen because when we signed our lease the building was very much under construction. Jetzabel and Diana were always happy to answer questions, step in and help with any issues we had and really made the process of moving to a whole new city very easy, as if moving is ever easy.Now that we are here, we are so happy to have Andrew to help us deal with all the crazy things you find a new apartment - like the hot and cold water were connected incorrectly on our washing machine. I couldnt figure out why the washer was washing everything in HOT water... Thank you Andrew for fixing that for us!We are so happy to be residents of the Avalon Monrovia!

I had a tour of Avalon Monrovia a few weeks ago and the apartment complex was very modern and well-maintained. Patrick was very helpful in answering our questions and we had a great tour of the property. Also, some of the apartments have an amazing view of the mountains. I recommend this property!

I just want to say “a big thank you to Patrick” for always being on top of everything. Our apartment was amazing and having him in the front and being so helpful and on top of every request and responding so fast made the experience that much better but also the maintenance man Matt was amazing and so friendly. He help fix small and big problems and was happy to do so. You can tell he loves what he does. My fiancé got into a bad motorcycle crush and lost his leg and once Matt and Patrick found out they jumped on helping us fill out the proper forms and having shower rails installed and replacing the shower head, so he can reach it well in his shower chair. I want to Thank Both of them from the bottom of my heart. They were a huge reason why we stayed at the Avalon for as long as we did. It’s an amazing building and great views and great rooftop area and pool area and gym and always so clean.
