Picked up my car yesterday and really provided a wow experience. General Manager Nicholas Cook and Sales Consultant Guillermo Murillo was genuinely helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. The experience was great from start to finish. Even the Finance Manager Mira Haha and Sales Manager Christina was very courteous and professional and ensured that I was well taken care of. Never had I had this level of experience with an auto purchase. Also thank you to Nick from service, I brought my car in for a simple Seatbelt sensor and they went out of their way to fix that and a few other things they saw were about to fail on the vehicle. Although I didnt end up purchasing here, Guillermo Murillo offered me a 5 star experience. First of all, there was no pressure to make a decision. The car had an accident reported on the Carfax, and he had no issue with me taking it to a local mechanic for extra peace of mind. The prices are very competitive, and the communication throughout the process was so simple. Fwiw: the only reason I didnt buy at this time was due to my current car declining +2K in value in a matter of 3 weeks. Waiting to see what this crazy market does, and this is the first shop Ill look at.

This place is the worst sold my wife a car. With a clean carfax, I found out the car was actually wrecked they threw paint on it and sold it. The car paint on the hood actually started peeling off. On the first oil change they never reset it in the computer, it ended up ruining my wife’s engine. I called up there they said it’s nothing they can do, this place is fraud please never do business with them .

Fraudulent use of illegal add-ons, tying agreements. These guys will literally claim they’re not forcing you to sign for add-ons but will literally not sell you the car unless you opt-in to keeping over $4400 in add-ons. even after explaining official FTC and DOJ guidelines to finance manager and sales manager all they said was “Do you want the car or not? ” no respect to basic consumer sales law and blatant disregard of official ftc dealership sales rules. Do not trust this place. If you dont believe me look at your final contract for “aftermarkets” and ask for them to be removed after negotiating on a fair otd price.

Of course with last minute planning I needed THAT afternoon a white QX50 as a surprise birthday gift for my wife. I knew that they had the right color in stock but when I showed up for the purchase I realized that the model they had was without heated seats. I knew that was a deal breaker as my wife loves her heated seats. The salesmen said no problem, looked in the computer and found another dealer 1 hour away with the exact car I needed. Two hours later they had the car in house and 30 minutes after that I was on my way home. Needles to say they saved the day. SCAMMERS! I sold a car to this dealer on a Saturday and was told to come get my check on Monday. I called Monday to be told there’s a delay and it won’t be ready until Thursday. I called every day of the week to see if it was ready and every time was told they’d call back and NEVER did (including their general manager). Finally on Friday I called again and they said they’d call me back. The rep called to tell me that after inspecting the car, they would NOT honor their original offer. I had already signed the title away to them and signed paperwork with their quote. I told them that it was very unprofessional of them to drop their offer after having me sign the car away to which they didn’t care. This decision was made without any concrete evidence or thorough investigation into the actual issue, which is not what I expected from a professional dealership.When asked about the cost of running a diagnostic test, the service representative gave a vague range from $2 to $2000, which was highly perplexing. It felt like communicating with them was a struggle, as they were constantly beating around the bush.My suspicions were confirmed when the warranty claim was unsurprisingly denied. The service representative admitted that they receive a commission if the warranty covers the required part replacement. This admission hinted at a potential conflict of interest, which was further emphasized by their lack of evidence or proof regarding the supposed engine issue.In the end, we decided to take our business elsewhere and consulted a local mechanic. Their diagnosis revealed that our car needed a camshaft replacement, not a new engine. We finally came to an agreement on price a week later after they said they’d fix a missing sensor on the vehicle. I drove 6 hours down to purchase the vehicle for the agreed price. Upon arrival, the vehicle was still not fixed and in poor condition. They also marked up the price of the vehicle by 10k even after showing proof of previous price agreement. They tried selling me door handle film for 2k when you can get them on Amazon for 20 bucks. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle since they didn’t honor the price we agreed on. They wasted 24 hours of my time as well as 350 bucks that I spent on gas and food making the trip down to them. I purchased a few cars in the past and this was a total nightmare and by far my worst experience. Please beware buying from them.

Let me know that its because of the dealer add ons. Once the manager came in he told me the owner has it set with those products and hes not allowed to remove them because basically there just isnt enough profit without. They were nice about it and at first I was going to chalk it up as thats just how things go. But to have a price listed and then tell a customer were not allowed to sell at that price is just textbook bait and switch.

Also, make sure to read all the 1-star reviews so that you know what others went through to prevent any conflicts.I decided to check out a used Audi at this dealership on a Sunday due to finding it at a good price online (their sales tactic). My sales consultant was Tomson who was nice but not very clear when explaining additional optional add-ons to my car. He also failed to mention that it was an additional charge. After signing the contract and taking the car home, about a week later, I realized that they had charged me an additional $3485 for the guardian, clear shield, and road advantage (thats an insane amount)! I called in on a Wednesday and spoke to Chris, who mentioned that he will give me a call-back because he has to check with his upper management. 2 days later, I received no response. On Friday, I decided to escalate the matter by reaching out to the general manager, Damon. I have called him multiple times and emailed him, and still no response. Finally, I couldnt wait any longer and decided to go to the dealership on Saturday and was able to speak to Nick, the sales manager. He was able to explain the add-ons and stated that it comes with all the cars????? I asked him why is it listed in the optional item sections, and he said because there is nowhere else to put it. He then mentioned that he will talk to his general manager about this and that they will follow up with me. I did a little digging and found out that they were able to remove the add-ons for another person, but they wont do it for me? Its been a week now, and still no response.Pro Tip: When you get into the financial managers office (you will be escorted to a 2nd office) make sure to have them print out the contract before signing it so that you can clearly see what youre signing (will be on a white paper titled retail installment sale contract). If you can take the contract home and then decide if the car is worth it. Also, if you are considering buying a used car, car max offers 30 days FREE return. This place charges $500 if you want to return the car within 2 days but you have to have signed a contract beforehand.What a nightmare this has been.

My wife purchased two Porsche Cayennes and was told she would be sent the spare key that was missing from one of the cars purchased by the salesman. Also someone would be in touch with her in relation to setting up her Gardian app for the car. After weeks of not getting anything my wife spoke with General Sales manager Nick Cook and was again promised these things would be taken care of. We received a key and were told all that needed to be done was programing. Upon taking the key to Porsche we were them told that we had been sent the wrong key, it was in fact the key for a 911. Watch yourself when dealing with H Greg. We bought a used Tesla for $51,950. We assumed they were on the up-and-up, but when we checked the documentation after taking the car home, we found that they had charged $52,450, a $500 increase. Plus they had tacked on a $600 charge for PPF and another $800 for a theft protection device. Later when I complained they said that the extras were something that all used cars were sold with, and the sales person had just neglected to tell us about them. So we asked about the price change, AFTER our purchase, and they couldnt answer. They said to complain to management, and we wrote emails and made phone calls, none of which were ever answered. So just be careful, and check the amounts on your docs BEFORE signing them. They WILL cheat you.

The worst customer service Ive received.I purchased a vehicle January 21st I never received my paperwork due to a power outage (which i understood) when vehicle was delivered Taha did not bring paperwork he only picked up deposit and dropped off new car. I scheduled to have a test drive for a used Toyota in this dealership at 4/14/2022 at 5:30pm with James. When I inspect the car before the test drive and found out there was a front left accident that has a aftermarket strut replaced, and the right rear quarter panel has a very poor paint job. Both of the front tires is replaced and they rotated the front tires to the back. Now, the front left tire at the left rear and it is cupped seriously will make a noise. I requested to have more detail test drive for the car. James, the sales person, is very unprofessional and does not allow test drive at all. Maybe it is the dealership policy or he just want to hide the problem of the car. He said the carfax does not say any history of the accident and he claims my inspection is incorrect. I told him i want to test drive the car and see is the car can goes straight on the freeway at 55 MPH. If the car were fixed correctly, i donot mind buying it because it is for my family. He told me to drive back immediately and kick me off from the driver seat after pressing the transmission parking buttom. THIS Dealership or this sales person is very shady. Always come in to get an oil change here and get my tires rotated and have no complaints. Cheryl, the service advisor, was great. She was kind and explained everything in detail. On my last visit, some things came up on the post work inspection that could use my attention. PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLEWow what a disappointing experience with this dealership...It started off a little rocky to begin with. I saw a car on their lot on all the major websites (Autotrader, cars.com etc) for 18,999 which was admittedly a great deal for the car I was purchasing. I called ahead the day before and they seemed very accommodating and had the car ready for me to look at when I got there. During the test drive, three of the buttons for the infotainment system were stuck down like glue when I pushed them down. Figured no big deal, let the person showing me the car know and he assured me it would be fixed right away at no cost if i purchased the vehicle. I get to the pricing and it is 21,000 which was more than the price listed and when I looked it up to confirm the price the prices had increased in the 24 hours that I called ahead asking about the car. Luckily I had a picture of the original price and after a couple hours of them calling what must have been corporate they agreed to the offer which I thought was good. I made sure to get it in writing that would fix the buttons and the next day I brought it in is why this review is one star. Jason(the salesman) straight up asked for either the car back so they could sell it at its 21,000 price tag or that I would have to cover the buttons to be fixed out of my own pocket. When I brought up what was promised he mocked me by using semantics to say that promise letter was not legally binding and they would not fix the buttons on the car. I had to go back and forth with him for what had to have been an hour before he angrily stormed off when I would not give the car back to them after spending hours trying to buy it the day before, which was extremely rude and overtly unprofessional. Finally, after another 30 minutes of sitting and waiting, Nelson, the man who originally showed me the car and had originally promised the fix, came out and said that he talked to the manager and that he would take the heat so I could get the buttons fixed THAT THEY PROMISED TO FIX ORIGINALLY. He seemed like an excellent human being and was very apologetic. This was no doubt the worst and most anxiety inducing purchases I have made so far in my young life. the car itself is gorgeous and I absolutely love it, which is a shame that they ruined what otherwise would have been a super exciting purchase. PLEASE if you want to buy an Infiniti go to literally any other dealership theres one in Van Nuys and Valencia that would most likely stand behind their promises. If you HAVE to buy a car from them only ask to deal with Nelson as he was the only salesperson who treated me, the customer, with any respect at all. I hate writing bad reviews but I absolutely do not want anyone to have to go through the experience I did.

I got my G37 towed in and on an extremely busy Saturday, they squeezed me in and got me a new key fob (I’d lost mine in a river while hiking! Haha). READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!!On 6/10/2021 Me and my husband and infant went HGreg Infiniti to purchase a 2017 infinity Qx50 I seen advised on Cars.com for 22995.My family came all the way from Lancaster. An Indian lady assisted me and my family to test drove 3 vehicles. She didn’t give me her name nor did she have a name tag on. Two of the 2017 infinity cars both had defects one didn’t have a buckle to snap a seat belt in and the other infinity the blinker didn’t work correctly. So I test drove the 2018 Infiniti and the camera didn’t work nor did the truck open with the automatic button. It also had cosmetic defect in the inside. By the time I finish test driving the cars it was 8:20p and they close at 9:00p. The India lady asked were we serious about going through with the purchase because they closed at nine and I can tell she was a little frustrated with the time. We advised her we already had an approval and was ready to purchase the vehicle. We went to her office and started the process of purchasing the vehicle. Jared adviced us that they would have to run my credit again to verify my identity and they could also possibly give me a better APR rate. He said they would have to run it through two companies. I asked can they only run it to verify my identity. They didn’t listen they ran my name twice. While Jared ran my credit. The Indian lady told us they had a Clear protection plan that covers tires dents etc and we would get it for the first 6 months at no cost then after that a dollar a month. At about 10:00p we went to Adam Graveley financial Manaager office. He also told us he was the Director. He added all of the numbers together. The total came out to 30000 with 5000 down 300 gap insurance and 2000 bumper to bumper. It didn’t make sense why the total came out so much. So I asked for a break down of what I was paying and they had a fee for 2500 before signing the car over to us. I asked what was the charge for and Adam said it was for the clear protection. I was confused and I told him we were never told we would have to pay for the clear protection plan. At this time everyone that was helping us was frustrated it was 11:30p. I asked Jared and Adam can I opt out the protection plan because I didn’t want it nor did I know I had to have to pay 2500 for it. They told me you have to purchase the protection plan it’s mandatory . I called my family member that works in car sales and told him my situation and that Adam and Jared told me no protection plan is mandatory. I asked Adam again is this plan mandatory. He wouldn’t say yes or no he just kept telling me the plan was 100 dollars but my contract said 2500. Then he said the deal is done you don’t have to get the car anymore. Adam then snatch the contract from me and said I couldn’t have it. Then told me and my husband and new born baby to step outside or he was going call the police on us and was not going to refund our down payment. He persistent on yell at me and my family and he said he was going to take his time to refund me my money back because we wasted his time. The Indian lady came back and told us we need to value people’s time but and my baby’s time. They helped us all day for an outcome to be nothing. Adam and the Indian lady came very close to my family and my baby with no mask on and I haven’t been vaccinated yet due to just having a baby. I asked them to put there mask on. She began to yell at me out the door of the store about waisting her time. I was so scared for me and my family because I’m African American. This is what you see everyday on the news. I felt harassed, disrespected, discriminated. I have everything recorded and will be taking this further.

I have been taking both my cars in for service to this location for the last eight years. I have an EX35 and a Q50 which were both purchased here. The Customer service is absolutely amazing! I would never consider going anywhere else. My favorite service advisor is Cheryl Whitten! But, you cannot go wrong with anyone at this location. All the way up to and including the service manager Sergio, who is incredible. Love love love this place and would highly recommend Metro Infiniti to purchase and service your vehicles!

I had been taking my cars there for years. I got a report during my oil change and inspection that I needed $3000 worth of repairs. I took the car to a local shop for repairs and saved money. About three weeks later, I went in for oil change and inspection. They listed the same things I had just gotten repaired as needing repair. I saw the work done so I know it was done. They simply copied and pasted the old inspection into the new one without performing the inspection. Further, the service advisor checked off that I denied the repairs and the left me waiting in the waiting room. He did not even tell me that my car was ready. I believe that all Infiniti dealerships operate this way. I know this one does...I will NEVER take my car there again. Unethical. Dishonest.

I am very disappointed with the poor after sale service. I bought a used certified G37S coupe and had to call them several times (because they did not return my calls) for an important document they failed to provide me at the time of sale, and I was passed around between sales, service and finance departments. Finally, I left a message with the General Manager and a few days later, the Internet sales person (black gentleman) returned my call and said he will try to locate the document. He never called back.Earlier, right after I bought the certified vehicle, I asked for a missing owners manual and the same internet sales person (and his staff or colleague who sold me the car) also gave me the run around. They did not return calls and eventually after several weeks, I had to drive 40 miles back to the Metro Infiniti dealership to pick up the owners manual.

I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase a car from this dealer. The finance department tried to play games, and almost stopped me from buying the car i wanted. BUYER BEWARE.They do not even deserve one star.After countless emails and phone calls i can finally drive my car 20 days later. (after my car was delivered)If they would have listened to the customer this deal would have be done in less than a week. (including shipping it out of state)

Thought I was going to need a battery replacement yesterday or, at the very least, be told that I had some major repair ahead of me that was causing my battery issues. So pleased to find that my battery was not the issue, but the way I sometimes turn the car off can cause the accessories to stay on and, thus drain the battery. Thank you, Sergio, for kindly explaining this to me, making sure I was comfortable in the waiting room, charging my battery back up to full levels and then having my car washed - all at no cost. What a pleasant surprise. And this is why I continue to bring my car to this dealership whenever I have a problem - which is hardly ever, by the way. My 2009 Infiniti G37 runs like a dream. The kind service I receive here is the best!
