Having been a Club Member since the 80s have come to expect a certain standard. Understanding the times and restrictions I was still disappointed. Rooms and grounds were delightful, our cottage warm and cozy. While I could accept because of the Pandemic some activities had been cut back .It is hard to understand when walking to the lobby Monday morning looking for a paper I was told due to the Covid 19, not available same excuse I heard 1 year ago at your facility and that I could walk to Broadway Market to buy one. I then told the woman at registration that Sunday evening Sandy over the phone in our room discovered Wit & Wisdom. In conversation was told we could order and it would be delivered, however there was no menu and was told to go to their websites, both attempted and while we had Internet neither was able to get to this restaurants website.I walked down to the lobby and the Doorman said it was the restaurant on site. I walked over and entered and when a chance came up asked the Hostess for a menu. I was told the only ones available where for the Tables, they did not have a paper one for the rooms. I asked if they were the same and told some items werent available for the delivery one. I asked how could I order ? Told look at the website. Having already failed at that I said Good Night and left.If this restaurant is offering Room Service I would expect a menu should exist, and be in the room.Again let me say I understand these are trying times and we all have to attempt to make the best, however I felt even in a Pandemic, this was not what I expected and also Paying for.Disappointed,C.A.
