Man i wish i could say some good things about my experience with my new car. I get it everybody has a different story but i got sold a Lemon. 2 months of having my new 2012 Audi Q7 and the prop shaft is about to break. My starter is going out. My gas tank has a leak in it. Now the mechanic that is attached to the dealership wants to charge me $1,800 to fix the prop shaft. Let me also add that this was the mechanics moms car and thats why i felt comfortable purchasing it. I was really hoping to tell my friends and family to go here to purchase but now after my purchase. Idk 🥴 purchase my car April 5th, 2024Update: thanks for replying with verbal abuse. Great way to talk to your customers. 👌

Im an out of state buyer. Bought a 2015 blue mustang v6 from them in June of 2021. Boarded the plane and took a Uber to them and was welcomed by the owner. Did our small talk and had me take the car out for a test drive. Its a manual and I wasnt too confident about driving it, but the owner walked me through how to drive it. I came with a loan but the loan spot rejected their dealership. Owner spent an hour calling various spots around Cali to get me a loan and found one. He did try to quote me a price from before they cut the price before, but I questioned it politely and he dropped it down to the price I saw online. He washed the car, gave me the maintenance records the original owner kept and I went on back to my state. The mustang was awesome and had no issues with it. I eventually sold it at the peak of the crazy used car market prices. Id recommend going with this dealership if the car youre looking for is here.

I would 100% recommend, I found the perfect car and was able to walk out extremely happy and hassle free. Esteban and his staff are amazing, had answers to all our questions, was very polite and we felt very welcomed. That 6 hour drive was definitely worth it. Keep up the great work guys 👍🏽

I bought a 2015 370Z Roadster Sport Touring and could not be happier. It was a 1.5 hour drive out to test drive and talk with the staff. They were awesome. I was a bit worried about the used car salesman type of a situation. Nope. I was never pressured and absolutely love this car and the dealer. I have had the car for 8 months now and would recommend Kovacs to anyone that asks !

Honest, above and beyond service. I remotely purchased a classic car from them that clearly had little to no profit margin for them after a major price drop. Despite this, Jason accommodated every little question and concern I had (which were numerous) leading up to my pick up date. This level of service was even better in person and he had every detail and document in order for a swift pick up.Car runs great as promised. If I can buy a 32 year old car from them without seeing it myself first, you can buy any car from them and expect honest and quality service.

We found a vehicle that met our budget and expectations the owner met us as we drove in an had the car ready to drive and was polite and informative. The car is as new a 2013 BMW X3 35i with only 56000 miles, which exceeded our expectations.we could not have done better. We finalized the sale and the sales manager was also polite and informative, he took the time to walk through car and all the controls with us.

I had a great experience! Esteban was really patient, knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured in any way. He spent four hours on me to make sure that I had a good feeling for what I was considering buying. When I finally selected a car, he gave me an excellent deal right off the bat which put a big smile on my face:) I had been researching the pricing extensively and browsing at other dealerships. When compared to the best offer that I had received for the amount that I was willing to spend, he got me a car that was three years newer and it had a turbocharged engine as a bonus. Excellent experience buying a car! The sales guys were knowledgeable, humorous, non-pushy, and recommended a great vehicle for our family (but encouraged us to drive everything we were interested in). It was an easy decision to buy from them and well absolutely look at Kovacs again in the future.
