I can say that Vallejo Nissan experience still the best I ever had. I left my car due to steering issues and they lend me a car that is newer than my car which I enjoyed especially knowing its free and covered by Nissan. Adviser Jonathan kept me informed of the replacement to be done and of updates. Picked up my car driving like brand new. No more steering issues. I have been with Nissan Vallejo for 6 years and they always surpass my expectation. Great team and very professional.

My service technician Jonathon was very thorough explaining my bill to me. He gave me options and choices on which overdue services I could choose to get done and which I could choose to do later. Because I am a regular customer, he gave me two of those services complementary which I really appreciate. I will definitely return and continue to use Vallejo Nissan for all my automotive service needs. I purchased my car from the dealership and am confident they can provide me with exemplary service for the life of my vehicle.

I had an amazing experience with Ryan. I was amazed at the speed and the kindness with which I was treated.The oil change costs you about 150, they washed my car and half sucked my car, it was not a deep cleaning job but I was impressed.

The service agent Diego was polite and ok but I never got any updates as to what or if there was any other issues with my car, I also asked to see if the could tell me about any tire deals in which I need new tires but they never mention anything about the state of my tires but my tire look very wear, also, I told Diego about a squeaky sound that my break pedal was making and to see if it could be checked out but it was not check at all very disappointed l! And I did not received any text message or calls in regards of how the service inspection was going I always usually get a text notification for me to see if what else need to be done in my car. I so ended over $600 just for the regular 100k service maintance fee and I was very disappointed about the tech/service agent don’t think they did a good job. Will probably not come back to you guys ever again and I’ve been a customer for years with you guys.

I leased a Nissan Leaf from Ryan MaCoy two years ago when he was extremely helpful with getting me the leaf.I just leased another Nissan Leaf from Ryan again. Would give 0 stars if I could. My friend left her car at this dealership to get an oil change and they ended up ROBBING her car clean. She first realized her speedometer wasn’t working and brake lights were on after the oil change so she brought the car back. They told her that the car had new issues over the phone, such as having the wrong tire size. They said they were booked up and would have to keep the car overnight so so they could work on it as soon as possible.When she went to pick up the car the next day, she received her keys from the technician, went into her car and found find a random Allstate card on her front seat. Then, realized her whole car got robbed clean! Glad they were nice enough to leave her new baby’s toy in the back seat 😒 Hope no one else gets SCAMMED.

I start by saying that I hate car shopping. Specially when you have a budget in mind you can work with and you have to walk out because the manager can’t make it happen. True it’s like playing chess. Prior to arriving at Vallejo Nissan, I had shopped around online due to COVID-19 just to see how the car market was and how pricing fluctuated. Not to mention, I had physically gone to another Nissan dealership after my End Of Lease on a 2017 Altima SR midnight edition and left disappointed just a few days earlier.I was searching for a new SUV and found a 2020 Nissan Murano that was located Vallejo Nissan. Excellent price advertised and messaged the dealership Saturday night. Received a call on Sunday afternoon from Aiman the General Sales Manager and I schedule my appointment for Tuesday afternoon. When I arrived, I was approach from Aiman and he introduce my Sales person Ryan Macoy. I went to look at the vehicle right away before discussing the deal. I felt like I was important and Ryan answered all my questions.Right away, coming back after looking at the vehicle I felt I was in great hands. Ryan mentioned he had been with the company for seventeen years. I took the vehicle for a test drive and he made me feel comfortable while he searched the inventory for the color I wanted.After agreeing on price and running my credit, Ryan located the color and package. He located the vehicle in Sacramento and show me online. He promised to have it delivered the following day in the afternoon and ready for me to pick up. Ryan explained all of the packages that Nissan offers in regards to GAP insurance, answer any of my questions with ease and clarity.In total, I was at Vellejo Nissan for two and a half hours. Ryan and Aiman made me feel confident in my purchase as I received one of their best offers along with an excellent trade value for a 20017 Nissan Altima I financed through Patelco. That same day I finish my paper work with Finance. Tracey Thank You! You made it easy to understand.Wednesday June 10th at 11:30 received a call from Ryan that the vehicle was ready. WOW I told Ryan that I was going to stop by after work and he text me pictures. AMAZING SERVICE!! I live 15 minutes away from the dealership and arrived as promised. Ryan deliver the vehicle and provided a walk through along with information about all the features. I delivered my trade and I gave Ryan a walk through which it took me 10 minutes. My daughter and I love our new car!!!I greatly appreciate the time and professionalism from Aiman, Ryan and Tracey!

It was the worst experience of buying a car from this dealership!I recently bought a 2019 ES 300h black car from them, which is still on their website.After running 6 times my credit in one day, they processed the paperwork, and after finalizing the deal, I brought the car home.After 2 weeks, I realized my credit was running again without my consent from the same dealership. When I called, they said the bank didnt approve and they have to go with another bank or I have to return the car back which I returned back. In the meanwhile, I financed a better one with a higher trim and model from Los Angeles before returning the car.Unfortunately, they have a long way to go to learn management and customer service.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!IF YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT SCORE, DONT GO THERE.

This was the problem,i had an appointment at 10 my car wasnt ready until 1 oclock if i didnt call it would of been longer no one called to inform me about the delay.As i looked at my invoice it said 6oclock.i read my invoice and they didnt do a complimentary wash or rotate my tires and didnt inflate my tires properly.The car was dirty and not even vacuumed.THIS WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Ever since my warranty expired (I purchased my Nissan Versa in 2020 from this location) whenever I have gone in for an oil change I am told I need much more work done than is necessary. Admittedly, I am female and don’t know much about cars, but my dad does and follows the owner’s manual to a tee. I spent close to $1200 last time I was there and had lots of different things done I was told I needed. This time, I was again told I needed the tire rotation done, the brake fluid replaced and air filter replaced which I had done 5,000 miles ago. They also said the transmission fluid needed to be replaced for $600 while the car only has 40,000 miles on it and they told me my transmission will stop working if I don’t get it done. I have since realized this location will be dishonest about what services you need done in order to make a profit/commission. Unfortunately I will no longer be servicing my car here and cannot recommend it to others.

I paid $195 to perform a check with my issue, they told me there were no issues. I took it to my mechanic, and they told me the issue on the spot - free of charge. They also charged me $200 more on labor when I was told that it was a packaged deal with a specific price point. After I identified the error, the sales person said it was a mistake and took off the cost. Why do I have to find the defect on my bill? Tries to take my money if you dont review. Cant trust.

His in-person sales service when I first came in was excellent as well and was a large part of my feeling a high degree of trust in moving forward with a lease. The oil change was perform and thanks for the discount, what I am not satisfied is when I asked about my driver door felling like is not level and hitting something when close, I was told is not doing that at the moment and to bring my car back when the problem is present. May reming you this is only a year old car, brand new from your establishment and still under warranty but no effort to provide better service was offer when I stated the problem.

My oil was changed, fluids topped off and the tires rotated. Over the phone the associate made it seem like they’d do a basic cleaning of the inside of my car. I had to take it to vacuum the inside myself, and also wiped down the dash and cleaned the inside of the windows. I don’t want or expect a full detail, but I can go anywhere for an oil change. It wasn’t vacuumed (there were still bits of broken car glass everywhere) and the interior glass wasn’t cleaned. I was hoping my good interaction with the sales staff would also translate to parts and service.

Phoning in wasnt that good of an experience. Browsed website and found I could make online appts. Brought car in at 730a for front brakes, done by 1030a, courtesy ride home and back to dealership. Better experience from my last visit ((their phone system was set to after hours vm and I had to walk 45min back to get my car)). We called and spoke to Matt. He gave us an out-the-door quote on a van and told us that we could pay $3,000 on credit card and pay the rest as a personal check and pick up the vehicle the same day. He was very accommodating at first and picked us up from the ferry building. Once we arrived, they had done a bait-and-switch and tried to give us a base model rather than the quoted one. The store manager told us that it was too difficult for them to keep track of the inventory because of the demand for the vehicle and apologized for the mistake. He negotiated a lower price on the van. After that, we sat through an hour long sales pitch from the finance manager for an extended warranty that we kept telling him that we didnt want. After he finally accepted that we werent purchasing the extended warranty, he told us that he didnt want us to pay any money using our credit card because we didnt purchase any optionals. After a minute or two, he agreed to let us put the $3,000 on the credit card and give him a check from a well known, national bank. As we were walking out the door to our vehicle, the finance manager came after us, grabbed our temporary plates back and told us that they would need to deliver the vehicle in the morning after the check had cleared. We waited the next day and received no vehicle and no phone call. Once we finally got through to them, they told us that we would have to wait another 4 or 5 days until they were satisfied about the check clearing, or they could pull credit for us (lowering our credit score), so we canceled the deal the following day. There were some good points about the dealership, including good prices after negotiation, the salesperson and manager were generally friendly people, they are accommodating to SF residents who travel in on the ferry. I would not recommend this dealership though.

I understand it is my fault that I agree with the deal right away, but I am pressured to have a working car because my less then 5 years nissan versa is acting up already, with only 53k mileage. I was offered every dealer with $11k trade in value and I visit my dealer nissan vallejo and they match it, but is seems the trade in value was washed out because the $21K price of 2023 nissan Sentra was mark up to $28K, also the apr we got is a bit high as my wife credit score is excellent. Again it is my fault I should have shop around to get a better deal, ill be smarter next time.

Absolutely the worst car-buying experience around. Id give a negative star if I could. The salesperson was hardly present, a poor salesman, and ignored us for almost 3 hours one afternoon. Incompetent staff is barely trained in sales, cant get paperwork together, and wasnt prepared for our appointment at all. Barely explained anything we were signing, which were added optional costs we didnt want. Staff was sitting in the open longe office talking inappropriately where customers could hear as we waited unattended for 2 hours. We tried walking put twice after waiting too long, but they insisted they were working on it.They barely answer, never respond to anything.Never, ever, ever, buy a car from them! They have so much to improve on. I wanted to support local, but Im regretting the headache theyve caused.

I leased a 2020 Leaf just over a week ago and am thrilled with the vehicle and the excellent customer service provided by Ryan Macoy. He made the entire experience so pleasant. I purchased a vehicle on January 13th from Nissan vallejo. Today is May 5th and I have yet to receive my registration tags. I called up their office three times and keep getting told I will get call back. In the mean while our registration has been expired since 4-13-23. Today again I was told they emailed their dmv clerk and will have to call me back. It is so hard to get a call back from anybody. Never got a call back from any body as stated below. I had go to dmv and pay 25 for nee plates... horrible service and hate the fact the comment below is a straight up lie as nobody contacted me.

If we could give the service department a 0 star we would. We made an appointment for OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION only. The servicer said we’re due for our 45,000 mile service and we dropped off the car and shuttles back home. Once able to return and pick up the vehicle, the servicer told my husband to “sign here, here and here” then told him the total. $500+. When sold the vehicle we were informed we will have any maintenance covered for 1 year. We only have the car for 4 months. The service department will not release our vehicle to us because we signed. Even though we were only told to “just sign here,” without being told what is that is being signed. Just rushed to be in and out.

I visited Vallejo Nissan intending to buy a car that day, possibly returning the next day to put money down with a cashier’s check from my bank. My salesperson Matt was so helpful and accommodating, he picked out a car for me on the lot ahead of my visit, the exact model I wanted, gorgeous color. Took me for a test drive in town and on the freeway, lined me up for financing shortly thereafter, AND accepted my personal check as my down payment. My credit is currently excellent so the dealer did not have any trouble accepting my check. Still, knowing I could get financing, give them my down payment and drive the car off the lot the same day made my car buying experience satisfying and rewarding. I look forward to working with the service department for the life of my car, here in town, where I live.

I really want to give 5 stars. The dealership is selling at MSRP which is a godsend in this market. Anthony in sales was incredible - friendly, patient, transparent and flexible with timing. The sales department were really transparent and honest with pricing and allowed us to consider the decision for a couple of days which was nice. They even negotiated a lower rate for me upon request. Really good experience.Have to knock of one star though because the finance guy tried to tack on a couple of sneaky charges. Firstly he tried to charge us for title and registration, even though it was included in our total already. Secondly, when he printed the final contract I saw hed added a GPS tag I never asked for for $490. So if you choose to shop here be careful and watch out for addons!

I was surprised to have to pay for the service, It was my understanding that if I got my car serviced at any Nissan Dealership, it would be free. Apparently I have to return to the one I bought it from....live and learn. I had asked if they could reset my dashboard to show miles per gallon screen cause I could not find it...that didnt happen, also he said my car would get washed, vacuumed and shine the tires up. I appreciate the wash and vacuum, but tires were not shiny. They should not tell you they will do something and then not do it. That was my only complaint, but they were very nice and courteous.

I brought my car in to replace all 4 tires. I usually go somewhere else for tires, but the dealer had a special in their website, so I selected my tires, and made the appointment. Unfortunately, when I got there, not only did they not have my tires, but they don’t even have my appointment. Furthermore, they don’t have the tires I wanted anywhere in stock, and I had to settled for something else. I scheduled to come back at another time to have them installed because they had to order the tires. I wasn’t thrill about it but needed to replace my tires shortly and I didn’t have the time to shop around.On my next appointment, everything went smoothly as planned. I got my tires, alignment and even an oil change in a reasonable amount of time. Erik, my service advisor, was great to work with and addressed all my concerns. Besides the snafu the first time, they honored the discounts I found on their website. I would definitely return but avoid using their tire online shopping tool.

I had to have major repairs done to my Nissan Sentra. I worked with John and he was awesome from the beginning to the end. I’ve had an overall negative experience with this dealership.When I first came in to purchase my vehicle they tagged on warranties and services that I explicitly expressed I did not want to purchase.I had to come back 3 times to speak to a finance manager to get them removed. ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! …..This is the 3rd time getting a car from this Nissan but it will definitely be the last… Not only did they give me the run around and sold me a car I had to bring back (which I didn’t find out until I called. Wonder what would’ve happened had I not) but they also continuously had me come back to the dealership and they were never on time. I had to wait over an hour every time I came back. First I came to get the initial car, the car I signed papers for and the only reason I paid $5,000 down payment which lasted about 4-5 days. Then I came to get the “final” car which I had to wait an hour and a half for. I was extremely upset bc it’s just ridiculous how rude and inconsiderate they are. They told me on Tuesday they’d have it ready Thursday but they didn’t! After waiting an hour and a half I asked what’s going on. They told me “since I’m in a rush I could come back AGAIN”. The car was a trade in so I guess the prior owner had just brought it so it wasn’t ready (why do I know this? They told me every detail but still put in no leg work) It had bumper stickers and some scuffs and scratches. The terribly rude people tried to have me come back for a 17th time to remove bumper stickers that took about 25 mins to remove (because I finally reminded them how poorly their time management has been and how their words aren’t matching the actions, either very lazy or just blatantly lying to my face)-___-….. IF you like to be given the run around, drop $5,000 and still be played with, and if you like to waste gas and put extra unnecessary miles on your car, I highly recommend Vallejo Nissan. We live 77 miles away, but bought our car at Vallejo Nissan. I have to say, we had an excellent buying experience at Vallejo Nissan. I liked that its a small dealership and seemed much more laid back than others.After much research and test driving, we had decided to get a Rogue. The dealerships near us were all working hard trying to get our business, but we settled on the one in our area that works with the Costco Auto program. None of the other dealerships could come close to the price quoted from that program. Unfortunately, the dealership didnt have the base model (S model) and spent two days unsuccessfully trying to do a dealer trade to get one. I saw online that Vallejo Nissan not only had them, but had our first choice in color, and advertised it at a price below everyone but the Costco price. So I called them. Within a few minutes, they agreed to match the Costco price, and even said theyd hold the car while we drove out. The deal went smoothly. They didnt try to sell us anything additional except for the extended warranty, which we politely refused. All the people we met were very nice. They explained that its a family owned dealership and they own the land theyre on, so they have much lower overhead than most dealerships, which allows them to come down on price. All I know is that we got the car we wanted at a very good price with minimal hassle.

As I was leaving they could not figure out how to install this device that was supposed to be there already and Once I had looked through the paperwork They charged me $495 not the 400 they said.Extended warranty agreement price $3200 price charged $3295Vehicle price 39140 price charged 32980.So who knows what else I missed.Also I talked to one person over text about this vehicle and once I got there I was 3 to 4 people who claimed to have been talking to me.

My dad doesnt speak English well and they took advantage of it.The finance guy first said the $500+ per month is because my dads credit score was low (bullshit). When he checked he was like oh and he pulled something out of his ass, that the bank already paid them & they cant do anything about it.On top of having him pay for the full car price which was NEGOTIATED to 22K, they added in unnecessary warranties.These people take advantage of people and lie through their ass.

The usual shady car salesman! Update: I forgot to mention that the sleaze ball salesman pulled my credit report without my permission or knowledge! I stopped by their car lot & I told the guy that I was just looking, at that point. He asked me for my Drivers License & Social Security Card...just in case I wanted to test drive a car. I really didnt think anything of it. I did test drive a car, wasnt impressed. And, retrieved my license & S.S.A. Card. Days later, my credit score took a hit! He had pulled my full Credit Report! He had absolutely no right to do that! This is why I call him a Sleaze Ball Salesman!!!!!

Service manager was great. He did not try and sell me on additional unneeded services and made me feel comfortable with why I was there. I usually only get my oil changed at the dealership but would consider doing more business with the service department now.
