2024-05-20 18:09:23What a missed opportunity. Good service, great presentation, a nice menu, food well cooked.. but where is the flavor? Guys.. get some food tasters and see whats missing. And thats the opinion of 4 people from different backgrounds and a quite sophisticated pallette..

2022-08-08 01:31:49Had a nice dinner here with family. The food was good, love the steamer clams and calamari. Lamb chops was well cooked as well. Only give 4 stars because the waiter was not on top of our orders, and keep forgetting stuff… it was a busy Saturday day night, but the service can be better.

2024-06-08 04:00:32From the moment we stepped into the restaurant it was a letdown. The service was horrible and the food was mediocre at best for a ridiculous price. When we first arrived it was really busy and we waited for about 10 mins for someone to come to the front to take our name for our reservation. When they seated us outside our table was dirty and they left us standing there waiting while they cleaned off the table, instead of cleaning it before seating us. We were seated with only one menu to share, no big deal it was two of us, but the waiter said he’d bring a second one and never did. Then we waited for 20 mins with not a single server coming to take our drink order let alone even bring us water. Servers were all around us serving other tables (our table was outside right in the middle), and while we were obviously looking around for someone to come to our empty table, no one seemed to notice. We finally flagged someone down and placed our order immediately. $17 beet salad was two beets and a handful of arugula and flavors were lacking in other dishes as well. Waitress never came to check on us or how our food was and we sat with empty plates until we finally decided to go inside and request the check to leave. I would normally assume the issue is that they were understaffed, but it was very frustrating to see waiters flocking left and right to all the tables surrounding us, yet we did not have anyone helping us. We will not return here and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

2022-07-16 01:18:41Great atmosphere, great art, great service, and SO much potential with the food. TASTE before you plate! Risotto for both dishes needed salt and more acid for the risotto with lamb shank. This might be a community thing since salt and pepper are already on the table. I find that most restaurants with fine dining chefs ONLY provide these when asked since it changes the flavor of the dish.Lamb was nice and tender and the mushrooms and prawns were perfectly cooked. Lack of seasoning can make these seem bland.

2022-12-22 04:02:06We heard great things about it, but with the limited Happy Hour menu we only got to try the cheeseburger🍔 with salad🥗 and the beef momo. Those were good, but nothing amazing which unfortunately is what were expecting.

2018-08-02 03:32:19We went for happy hour and were pleased with the food and drinks. Happy hour runs from 3:00-5:30 Mondays through Thursdays and only until 5:00 on Fridays. It is not offered on weekends. The house white wine (a local Sauvignon blanc) was good and cost $5. They make their own good Pale Ale beer which at happy hour is only $3. We preferred the green salad ($7) over the Caesar ($8). The BBQ oyster dish ($11) has six oysters with two dipping sauces- it was fine but if you prefer raw oysters they are on the menu and cost $1.50 each. We also had the calamari- they are heavily breaded so don’t order them if you don’t like deep fried breading. We took off the breading. The clams and mussel dish ($11) was very tasty with a nice broth. We also liked the veggie flatbread ($9) which has artichokes, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, pesto and feta cheese. For desert we had the tiramisu ($7)- it was okay, but I have had better (I’ve also had worse). The service was attentive and friendly. All in all it was a good meal and we were happy to have eaten there.

2022-02-14 20:59:25This place is delicious! The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is cute. I came for brunch, but ended up getting the Saffron Pappardelle. Saffron is one of my favorite spices and this dish did not disappoint. The infused saffron noodles were absolutely amazing and the sauce was so good I could have drank it. I am so sad I am just now finding this place because I come to Sonoma very often. I will for sure be back and recommend this place to anyone who comes to the area!

2022-05-23 03:57:02We went here for lunch before heading up to Healdsburg for a scheduled tasting. We chose to stop in Sonoma because the traffic from the East Bay on the 101 near Healdsburg was a mess. So after searching online we decided to try this place. The outdoor space was beautiful and very welcoming. Our server was very friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the pear salad. It was fine. I ordered the Caesar with chicken. While the chicken was flavorful, it was really dry. And the presentation was extremely poor. Chicken pieces just scattered over the plate. Seriously?! Especially when you’re paying $21.00! I know it’s Sonoma so sadly everything is way over the top expensive, but at least put some effort into the presentation and cookery. Overall, with so many other good restaurants around, we likely won’t return. Sorry.
