We bought a refurbished hot tub. The experience was great. The delivery and set=up was professional and easy. Since it was refurbished it did not come with a manual, but we received good phone support from Sonoma Hottubs on how to access the information we needed online. Sonoma Spas continues to be available for advice, for example in balancing the chemicals of the hot tub. We recommend this business!

The hot tub is great. Very roomy and comfortable with good jets.The service was great as well. I had a deck built on 3 sides and needed to have the cover-lifter changed to a lifter that works in this configuration.My sales rep Jennifer took care of it expediently and I received and just installed the cover lifter today.

Jason was an excellent salesperson and guide from start to finish! I walked away from the experience feeling well taken care of, trusting that the hot tub he helped us choose is the best one for our needs (and in our budget)! I am 100% satisfied with our transaction. I rarely if ever write reviews, so there you go. We can’t wait to try out our Dimension 1 Latitude. Great experience starting with the website and then the in store service from Jason.Website had great information on the hot tubs and features as well as what they had in stock. I really appreciated being able to see cost of tub and any additional features if I wanted to add on.In store, Jason was great in asking us key questions and reviewing each of their models available and feature differences. Nice they have models in stock you can get right away.I would definitely recommend Sonoma Hot Tubs

Wow! I cannot explain how amazing all of the team at Sonoma Spas are! I called in a panic for a vacation rental I manage, because the spa motor was suddenly making a dreadful noise. I was calling late on a Thursday, and their next appointment for an on-site evaluation was not until Tuesday, and I had a guest checking in on Friday. They patiently and kindly connected me to one of their remote technicians, Brandon. After a short conversation regarding my past electrical and spa experience, Brandon felt sure I could safely trouble shoot the issue and resolve it on my own. I wouldn’t have time until after the guest left in a few days, and Brandon offered to answer any questions should I get stuck when I did get to it. Would you believe that he DID answer my texts a few days later? He even got on the phone with me to trouble shoot why the part failed so that I could prevent another instance.AMAZING! If this is the level of customer excellence they provide to someone who isn’t even technically a client, imagine how amazing they are when you are a client?I cannot recommend them highly enough, Brandon specifically was super knowledgeable and patient. They have definitely won me over as a client for any future needs I have.

Sonoma Hot Tubs was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I had had a bad experience with a Sacramento hot tub place. My tub had to be retrofitted into a deck and first place I went, they misinformed me about measurements and kept my large deposit! Car salesmen all.Sonoma Hot Tubs was extra helpful to me. The owner came out and made sure the new tub would go in with no problems. He was great. Jennifer, the sales person couldnt have been more obliging. I could tell right away when I walked into the showroom and met her, she had a lot of integrity. They all do.The tub itself is so fantastic - the Journey 1. Its all automatic and I do not have to reset anything when I loose electricity. Heaven!Do not hesitate to buy from this company. They are on top of it.

I have wanted a hot tub for a very long time did research D1 are great tubs with amazing features, although not sure I could afford. After looking and checking prices, D1 was just as affordable as other spas. So I bought our hot tub in January! Manager in Santa Rosa store is top notch for sure, even let us in the tub in the store! Install done on time and efficient very nice guys and had trouble(airlock) with our fountain and owner of the company called and walked us through fixing it! Dimension one hot tubs are five star and Sonoma hot tub staff are also! So if you are looking for a tub with amazing quality, high water flow and excellent customer service call them!

Both Tom (owner) and Jason were very helpful and knowledgeable as I was looking at several brands of tubs. There was no pressure to make the sale. They found out my needs, and let me know how their products filled those needs. I would highly recommend to anyone shopping for a spa.

I recently purchased a Dimension One Cove hot tub from Sonoma Tub & Pool Supplies and I am absolutely pleased with it. The delivery and setup was seamless. I was able to use the tub at full temperature within 48 hours. The store’s overall service quality was impressive. I would recommend Sonoma Tub to anyone in the market for a spa. Their inventory quality is splendid.

I did quite a bit of research, and visited three hot tub stores in Santa Rosa. I really had a great appreciation of the knowledge by the staff of Sonoma hot tubs and especially liked the dimension one Aurora product. When I asked to do a test drive they looked at me not knowing what I meant. I said, if I were making a purchase of a car, I would do a test drive...so can I get into the tub, full and try it on for size. In two days they accommodated me with a wonderful private experience. Once the tub was delivered, electrically connected, and filled, I experienced about two weeks of glitches which always indicated air flow problems. SHT kept returning until the problem was resolved. It was a manufacturing error, where there was an additionallug not that keeps the filters locked down in the tub that was floating around internally, blocking the air flow. They corrected the problem and for the past couple of months I have totally enjoyed my daily soaks! I am so glad that I chose Sonoma Hot Tubs. I have them come to me bi monthly to do the maintenance water service.

The tub I first bought at the Santa Rosa store didnt have features that I wanted but Thomas was willing to trade it for one that did at a reasonable rate. There were a few hassles setting it up (not the fault of Sonoma). The staff was fast in responding to the situation. Jennifer was friendly throughout the process.

If I could honestly say that I was a serial hot tub purchaser, I would like my experience to be what I experienced with Jennifer and Tom at Sonoma Hot tubs. I live in the east bay and researched hot tubs on YouTube, internet and asking friends and eventually reached out to my local hot tub businesses. Minimal to no reply!? Spotted Sonoma hot tubs on a internet search, reached out to them and in moments got a reply from Jennifer. Her energy, attention to detail, efforts to explain, and most importantly, her honesty won my business.They are 90min-2hrs away for me but it was worth the efforts to meet and visit. Multiple discussions on the phone/email and one visit to the store, I bought the Dimension one Nautique. This tub is gangster! It was delivered on schedule. The delivery guys were good people, careful and mindful of the surroundings with the tub. Helped me set up, place, and adjust the hot tub. Perfect quick execution. My plans for my personal electrician buddy to install for me instantly did not work out, so I reached out to Jennifer again. She happily referred me to a list of electricians, which led to my hot tub being connected the following week. Tom took the personal time to help me set up and correct a minor common issue with filling new hot tubs. Do not fill the hot tub with water from the top. YouTube water locks. Fill from the filter hole. Anyways, Tom was super helpful and took my multiple calls on a Saturday!? They provided me with all the chemicals and instructions I needed to take care of my hot tub. Start and maintenance. Its definitely not rocket science. I will continue to give them the business of chemicals, replacement filters, upgrades etc. because for just meeting them the first time, they took care of me like we were close family friends.

Sonoma Hot Tub was suggested to us by a friend and we have been very thankful that we called them. Thomas immediately impressed me when I called him, set up an appointment within hours of the call and our purchase was made the same day at the Santa Rosa store. The sales staff were very professional and courteous, answered all of our questions and made the sale a very pleasant experience. The delivery guys were fantastic and took great care of us. At this time I could not be anymore pleased with the entire experience.

We have been very happy with the sales and service. After being let down by 2 other dealers we were pleasantly surprised that all the promises made were followed through on. Our spa arrived on time. The delivery was as promised and the support after the delivery were good. We had a great experience. Anyone shopping for a spa should definitely check them out.

First class service. I absolutely love D1 spas so I replaced my aging tub with a new Triad 36. There was a manufacturer defect that caused a leak, but Thomas went above and beyond to ensure my tub was up and running as fast as possible. D1 could have done better to help Thomas fix their mistake. The spa is up and running and I couldnt be happier. Thanks Thomas!!!

I had an Awesome experience with Jason at Sonoma Hot Tubs. I was on a budget and didnt think they would have many options for me. To my surprise I have ordered a fabulous hot tub!! Jason was super informative and friendly from the get go!!
