Brought my gaming desktop into Matthews when my PC was making a strange ticking noise which I had thought was one of my SSDs failing, PC was also freezing/restarting from overheating which I thought may have been my graphics card. I informed Matthew of these symptoms and he was quickly able to figure out it was actually the motor to my liquid cooling system that was failing and causing my processor to overheat. He recommended an absolute beast of a replacement fan which he installed the same day that I dropped it off. Now my PC is running quietly and performing incredibly under heavy load again. Matthew and his team are EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of computer parts/repairs and provide amazing customer service with constant updates on what theyre doing with your computer.I will always bring my computers back to them in the future!Very fair pricing as well!

I just left this Staples and had to come home and write a review. The young lady who helped me and my daughter in the copy/printing area was amazing! She was so patient, so helpful and very kind. We came in to print out a story my daughter wrote for a school project and for some reason the internet wasnt connecting. After trying a few different things we were having a difficult time printing the pdf. She assisted us with logging in to the customer computer and all the various steps to getting her project printed. She never made us feel rushed and happily gave us her undivided attention even when another customer arrived until the task was completed. In a time where many businesses are understaffed and good and attentive customer service is hard to come by, Delali Becky was a beautiful breath of fresh air. I am so grateful for all her help and just want to make sure Staples knows they are very lucky to have such a kind, and dedicated worker like her. Thank you so much!
