The professionalism displayed by Nicky, the employee who was working at the Business Center (printing, copying, laminating) on Monday, May 20, 2024, made my experience top-notch at this Office Depot store. Had it not been for Nicky’s expeditiously multi-tasking, with patience and understanding, I would have left and gone to Staples for my business. The store seemed short staffed and Nicky was tasked with too many things although she handled it really well. I recommend Office Depot for their services based on their employees who are obviously working very hard to provide quality customer service.

The store was very clean and organized! The displays were well placed and organized and showed the features and functions allowing the ability to discover if the desk was exactly what I was looking for. Jim was our sales person and made sure we were 100% happy and he provided incredible customer service, friendliness and professionalism.

Im a regular customer, but not a frequent one since my retirement. Ive never been disappointed with either the service or helpful nature of the staff. On occasion I dont find what I hope to, but more often I do. Office Depot is very convenient, and is always my first choice for office products.

The Associate Marquis was exceptional! Upon entering the store, Marquis welcomed me with a friendly greeting while attending to another customer at the register. He also helped me find the items I needed quickly. Marquis has a professional and pleasant disposition. He was helpful and very respectful in his demeanor and communication. All businesses should have people like Marquis!

Marquis ran over to help me checkout excellent customer service. Marquis was very polite and had a great personality. I asked him if i could do a survey for him. Customers only do surveys when they have had a bad experience but not when they see a amazing employee.

I want to recognize the exceptional customer service i got from Audree and Nikki at the printing department. I went to this store to print my Business labels Angels Sweets and they are both very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely comeback in this store and recommend it to my family and friends.

Horrible experience. Employees were not customer friendly oriented and did not assist with the long backed up line at the fax machine. There was an error code resulting in a line and instead of offering assistance she decided to have conversation with another employee right next to printer and fax machines ! Only when I waited for about 5 mins for her to finish did she turn, look at me and respond “ is there something you need” in a very annoyed tone! When I explained yea there is an error code on machine which is causing a line, she yelled at another employee if she knew how to reset it. She walked away instead of providing a solution. The other fax machine opened up and I was able to use it and get out but there was still a line behind me and no help from anyone !

Used Office Depot to diagnose and repair a problem with my desktop computer. Needed to replace the power supply. Diagnosis and repair order process was quick and easy. In the past I would shop at amazon for my printer ink but Office Max will honor amazons price and not only that you receive cash back. I had $8.88 in cash back. The employees are always so helpful and are happy to help save me money. I really appreciate this store.

I have called the store 3 times to ask a simple question about my prints services that I ordered. I get put on hold straight away all the say is print is busy. Once on hold the phone either hangs up or sends me to voicemail after 10 mins each time. The last worker I spoke with just said they are busy so Im putting you on hold. I said the phone goes to voice mail or hangs up and he said they are busy. I asked when will they not be busy? He just put me on hold and didnt respond. I have wasted 30 mins now, trying to check on my order, and have still not gotten an answer

Ive never write reviews but I did not have a good experience. Was on hold for over a hour on the phone. They only have one printer working and took 3 days for my 10 page order to print out that was originally supposed to be same day pick up. I needed this order for a meeting on the following day and still didnt get it on time. Dont expect timely pick up times or good customer service.

First and last time at this outlet. I never placed an order online for pickup at Office Depot, and had a terrible time picking it up. Everywhere else usually looks at the order number or barcode from my phone to make sure it is me. Not here. You need a CA drivers license. Military ID was a no go, and dont know why. The staff member assisting me was rude and inaudible. Not everyone has perfect hearing. Surprised that the ink cartridge was the same price as everywhere else. 1-Star for being close to Total Wine & More

I was greeted by Edgar upon entering the store, who led me right to the product I was looking for. It was priced much higher than I expected based in online research I had done. I was informed that Office Depot does price matching, and I was able to show a qualifying competitor price. The discount was given without question, and I left a satisfied customer. Customer service in the Print/Copy department is seriously lacking. I went in to get 8 color copies made for my son’s birthday invitations and have them trimmed/cut. Not a big deal right? I was the only customer there. I sent the jpeg/pdf to the stores email as I have always done in the past. They usually print it out very easily after this. I was told by Emma that everything must be done online now through there website. You can not walk in and have copies made. I finally talked her into printing out the copies for me however she refused to cut them because it was past 2pm and I would have to pick them up the next day. I was the only customer there I could understand if there was a line or something. I think she was just lazy and full of excuses. I will take my business to Staples from now on.

Wonderful store filled with fairly priced merchandise. Manager Tom did a fabulous job helping us find what we needed. Alyssa worked hard to give us the best deal and was extremely nice. We didnt use the tech services today, we only went in to purchase a couple of things. So, I walk, both thirsty and my head pounding... The girl, Jessica, who was stationed behind the counter was so sweet and wonderful. She brought me to a small coffee station and grabbed for me the last bottle of water. I cant even express how much I appreciated that act of kindness. We grabbed what we needed and checked out... thanks guys for always being there, we love Office Depot and your wonderful service.

7/13/2022 This Office Depot location came to my familys rescue today. We had a funeral at 11 AM this morning and I called at 8:30 AM in the hopes that the print department could print a photo of our deceased and mount it for display during the services. To say that the department went above and beyond is an understatement. Chi treated me and my situation with respect and kindess. She also got the job completed in less time than originally agreed. Thank you so much for the work you did and for helping to make a sad day a little brighter.

I brought 6 books in for spiral binding on a Wednesday —The man that assisted me was very nice but very unmotivated and simply could not or would not give a specific date when I could pick up my order. I was stunned because I always get a pick up time or future date. I pressed for a date—I had to ask all the questions. He was not giving me any communication or info back. As a customer, I shouldn’t be the one asking for all the answers. There is protocol. Eventually, I got, “ It might be finished by Saturday or Sunday— but I’m not sure.”When I paid for my order (before work completed) I asked if he had my phone number. He did. He would call. Long and the short of it——- NO CALL! Monday afternoon, I speak with a manager. They resolved this matter! I thanked them for admitting there was a big screw-up. This is a teaching moment, I hope, for this young man. Always be clear with your customers! Keep it professional—

The staff tried their best to help. Logically what we thought would work didnt. I had purchased an Office Depot huge stapler that could staple 100 sheets at a time. At tax time I always need one. I ran out of staples, went down to Office Depot but the only Staples they had were for other companies staplers. We went online, read what these staples could do. When they got to my house, too thin weak staples. Manager took me to where the staples are kept and handed me another companies heavy duty staples and said they will work. They did, but 5000 staples, really? Guess Im good for the rest of my life and my Great Grand children.

On 4/9/22 around 3PM I went in to have some copies made of a flyer I needed copies of for the next day. The Arab lady working in the Copy section told me there was only one copier working and they were using that one to get caught up. I was like what kind of operation are yall running in here. What you mean you only have one copier. She said yes and Im about to get off work in 5 minutes so if you do it online youll get in 24 hours and there is a FedEx across the street in you need it sooner. I just said, ok and left very disappointed. About an hour later I called back to Office Depot and the same Arab woman answered the phone. I said, I thought you were getting off work. She says, unfortunately Im still here. I asked her what time did they open on Sunday and she replied, 8AM. I said ok I will be there at 8:01AM. Around 5:45PM I called back again to get email address to send in my flyer ahead of time. Another woman answered. She gave me the email address and then I asked her what time did they open on Sunday. She replied, 10AM. OMG!! I wanted to reach through that phone and grab someone. Why is the Arab woman working there if she dont know what the heck is going on in her workspace? Wow.

Virtually every time Im there, I have to seek out and plead for someone to even check out, all while uniformed employees wader around the store, in and out of doors, chatting with each other, looking intently at screens, anything but help someone. Terrible experience with the print department and the store manager, I had to pay twice the contract price, only to have drive back after calling two other Office Depots to verify my pricing.. I asked one of the Office Depots to have them send an email of what my contract price was and on how to do contract pricing on their system, I wasted 45 mins and have the manager tell me that the other Office Depots are charging you the wrong price.. no apology... the experience left a terrible taste in my mouth..
