I was greeted by an employee when I entered which is more like yes we noticed you and are watching than a genuine hello. I say this not out of paranoia but because the rest of the experience was lackluster.Large signs hanging from the ceiling over the sections of the store indicate categories of items. They are completely inaccurate. Signs indicating briefcases over printer paper, signs indicating photo and specialty paper hanging over spiral binders. I had to wonder the store for 10 minutes to find what their website indicated was in stock. It was there but took me a long time to find it.TLDR: find an employee, maybe the person that greets you, and ask to be led to what you want, this store is simply not organized. Dont waste your time relying on the signs like I did, just ask. Also, very this staff coverage. Shame on you Office Depot.

Had a bad experience. When I came in there was three people standing around talking.(like they were on break)..no one else in the store... After asking where the item was and finding it I came to the check-out counter...no one was there... Called over to the print dept. she stated that one was on break amd she would help eventually and the other person said the same as they walked away....This seemed strange to me now that I found something I was prepared to pay and no one cared enough to check me out....I got tired of waiting and left the store....With this kind of service and cannot imagine how they stay in business!! 😆 Date 6/23/24

How is it that only one soul person that works here can do lamination? This is a failure in Office Depots part. This is the second time I’ve been here and been told “he is at lunch” by the other employees that didn’t bother to help me out. Very disappointed with this “customer service”

It’s unfortunate how understaffed this store is. I had to make a return and the only staff that was available to help was this nice gentleman in the copy center. His name is Jose and he was so polite, and was able to help many people at one time. He handled a busy situation very well.Thank you for the great costumer service !!!

I was in the store today to purchase a printer; however, I was never greeted when I entered the store nor did anyone ask if they could help me. Only employees in the store were congregated in the printing kiosk, chatting and laughing and never bothered to acknowledge that I was in the store.. Complete lack of customer service, and they missed out on a sale. Will not be returning for any reason. Very disappointed in their lack of professional behavior.

Cashier was rude during visit a few days ago. Today, called twice to check stock on an item I wanted. Was placed on death hold, then hung up on both times. Hope your luck with this store is better.

There is an amazing employee there that really went above and beyond to help me. I wany to acknowledge Michael. He was friendly, kind and efficient. Its just before closing and was very patient with me.

Usually come in and just get paper but since they hired Marcus my time at the store seems more enjoyable even though I havent seen him I hope they pay him what hes worth and didnt let him goPlease update your signs ! And the restrooms are disgusting.

If it was an option,ZERO STARS. No customer service and a waste of my time. I walked in hoping to get thank you cards printed for my mothers funeral, but walked out with nothing. When I walked up to the printing service area, there was only one female employee already assisting a customer. I checked in on the computer to place me on a waiting list. At 6:15pm, I received a text stating my estimated wait time was 6 minutes. I replied back, to remove myself from the waitlist, at 7:35pm. I hung out near the printing service area for more than an hour and not a single employee talked to me. The only contact I received from office depot was a few text messages saying one person was ahead of me and that my estimated wait time was 6 minutes. I angrily walked out when TWO employees decided to help one customer who just walked up to the counter, even though they just sent me a text message about 5 minutes prior. Tonights [rare] visit to office depot was such an upsetting experience that left me so angry and disappointed. It has definitely become a place I CANNOT rely on for any of my printing services.

Jim is amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. One of the best employees for any company I have met for sometime. 👍
