Called at 5:50 on a Friday afternoon. Swear to god the guy who answered the phone was completely wasted. Mumbling and slurring a bunch of nonsense. Explained my issue, and before I could finish he recognizes my phone number area code as an Oregon number and explains to me how they have a strict no liberal policy. I thought he was joking but then he reassured me he was serious. Just know if you take you computer he they are probably in the back drinking beer while they work with your multi thousand dollar computers. I wish I was joking but he also jokingly said he’d give me 20% off Becuase I told him I wasn’t a liberal. He may have been serious about that too.

The guy who picked up the phone was an abrasive prick. Started calling me a moron and idiot because he couldn’t hear me due to connection issues. When I confronted him about this and he called a “stupid liberal”, which I find hilarious since I’m a conservative through and through. You lost me as a potential customer.

My daughter brought laptop in for repair gave her an estimate ordered part was fixed the next day cost was less than estimate. They over charged me on credit card but was credited next day and it was a Saturday. Great place friendly honest will not go anywhere else.

I called Jim with Computer Repair of Temecula in the morning. Read all of his wonderful reviews and, Made the appointment for 12:00PM; right on time. Jim did a wonderful job of explaining to me my problem and showing me what needed to be done. Jims computer repair experience is second to none!! I will never call anyone else again. Especially the geek squad.

Jim is my hero!!! I recently had an external hard drive crash and thought I might die of depression when I realized I hadnt backed up my music files for at least 6 months (very irresponsible for a DJ)! I went to a few different places inquiring about recovery results and pricing, and I must say there are a lot of crooks and quacks out there!!! I decided to search for external hard drive recovery on Google and saw a bunch of positive reviews for Computer Repair of Temecula. I went with my gut that he was the right man for the job and I am so happy I did!Jim was able to fully recover all my music files, and set me up with a new, more reliable hard drive! So happy to find this Computer Repair Company. I called and spoke to Jim of Computer Repair of Temecula and asked about their Mac experience. Jim assured me that Computer Repair of Temecula is the only computer repair company in all the Temecula Valley that is both Microsoft Certified and Certified by Apple. I asked to see Certifications and was provided said docs.Anyway, a job well done on my iMac that two other shops in town could not repair. I highly recommend this company.

Wow! Tried to fix my PC myself....Dumb move on my part. Found Jim at Computer Repair of Temecula. Checked his Yelp reviews. He got me in right away! Fix my PC within 30 Minutes!!! Yay!!!!. Highly recommend. Much better then the tech support in India that I tried to deal with. Call Jim if you have PC/Mac issues.

The best computer repair in temecula!! another laptop repair shop was going to take 3 days to look at my computer and best buy had no idea what was wrong . best buy was more worried about selling me a year long warranty plan Jim and Dave had my computer back to me in 2 hours. I read the reviews and took a chance. I called and Jim answered the phone. Jim was very nice and helpful. He told me he would be out to help me with my computer repair problem within an hour. Showed up in 45 mins. WOW!!! I repaired my network at our office in 30 mins. I used to use another company in the area. They were slow and milked us for every minuet they could. Jim is the man! Honest business from start to finish. The quote was reasonable, actually about 50% less than the quotes I received from other businesses in the area.He went above and beyond to provide additional services free of charge.Had issues with dust buildup and overheating in my laptop, and not only did he fix these issues and return the laptop to me in less than 24 hours but he also discovered and removed malware on my pc which was causing it to slow down.I had no idea about the malware, so it was great that he discovered this and addressed the issue especially because he didnt charge me extra for it.You can tell Jim is very experienced with computers, and I would trust him to work on any of my PCs.I will be contacting Jim again in the near future. He provides many great services for great prices and is a friendly and personable guy. No complaints. 10/10 service.

I called Computer Repair of Temecula when my MacBook Pro would not turn on. I took it to the Apple store and they told me the logic board was bad and it would cost me well over $700 to repair. So I went on line and read all of the yelp and Google reviews for Computer Repair of Temecula. Very impressive. I called and spoke to Jim. He reasured me that that probably was not the problem and once he or his partner, Dave had it on the bench, they would let me know right away. 15mins later... I was told the hard drive was bad and thank God I have Time Machine. They put in a new HD and the cost was well under what Apple wanted to charge.Thank you Jim and Dave of Computer Repair of Temecula.

I recently took an ASUS Eee PC laptop (more like a netbook) to Computer Repair of Temecula for an estimate regarding a problematic charging socket (a common issue). I spoke with Jim about the potential cost, and he said that they would happily diagnose it for no charge. Even though I dropped it off Tues late afternoon (around 5 pm), Jim had taken it apart and was ready with an estimate by Wed noon (impressive). I decided against the repair, even though it was a reasonable estimate given the additional hours, soldering, and parts that would be required, since the cost would have been more than what that feeble laptop was worth (the money would be better spent on a new laptop). In spite of my decision to not have it repaired, Jim happily put it all back together, again at no cost. I picked it up Thurs morning, and it all worked just as it had before I dropped it off. I was very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, and the quick turn-around time. Thats hard to find these days. Thanks Jim and team at Computer repair of Temecula!!

I lloked aroud on line reading all the reviews and Jim with Computer Repair of Temecula and Murrieta has the best by far. I have a Mav Pro that can be really involved that I didnt just want anyone working on my Mac. I called other shops in the Temecula Valley and Computer Repair of Temecula and Murrieta are the ONLY ONES that are certified my apple. They did a great job. Dave did a fine job figuring out the problem with my Macbook Pro and restoring it after a hard drive problem.Im sorry to say I wont go back there, though. The only receipt for the work he wanted to provide, the receipt I would need to present to the IRS if my business was audited, was one with C.R.O.T. scrawled in pen across the top. No description of the business, no address, nothing. I requested a proper receipt via email afterward, he did not provide it.As I said -- Dave did good work, but with the unprofessional business practices I cant provide a higher rating.

Whoever answers the phone for this company is straight up disrespectful. All I was trying to do was explain what was wrong with my laptop and the guy cuts me off and says “Just hurry up and tell me what you need.” What kind of customer service is that? He must be going through something to be treating a customer with that kind of disrespect. If there’s any correlation to his customer service and their actual pc service I’m glad I hung up on that guy. Don’t recommend.
