Botan Services has provided all of my IT infrastructure needs, from WLAN, Cybersecurity, Data Center Infrastructure, to leveraging Smart Phone accessibility. 2019-03-20 22:44:23Recently I contacted Botan Service for an issue I was having with my Macbook pro and the level of service I received was top notch. Not only did they fix the issue but went above abd beyond in service by identifying and correcting other issues that were effecting the performance of my computer.The owner Freddy was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and really works to help the customer understand not only what the problem is, but how to protect and prevent future issues.I was blown away at the extent of customer service I received from Botan Services.
