5 Stars! Completely recommend. Fair price, good customer service, great communication, and fast. Fixed my laptop issue next business day. Everyone was friendly and I felt informed and well communicated with throughout the process. Bonus: office dog sometimes makes an appearance!

Brought my gaming desktop into Matthews when my PC was making a strange ticking noise which I had thought was one of my SSDs failing, PC was also freezing/restarting from overheating which I thought may have been my graphics card. I informed Matthew of these symptoms and he was quickly able to figure out it was actually the motor to my liquid cooling system that was failing and causing my processor to overheat. He recommended an absolute beast of a replacement fan which he installed the same day that I dropped it off. Now my PC is running quietly and performing incredibly under heavy load again. Matthew and his team are EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of computer parts/repairs and provide amazing customer service with constant updates on what theyre doing with your computer.I will always bring my computers back to them in the future!Very fair pricing as well!

It is so much better to write a great review than to complain about poor service and attitudes. Mathew and Bridget are certifiable rocks stars!!! I have used Mathew on several occasions and proudly refer business to his highly talented and valued repair shop. My computer was overheating and shutting off within a couple minutes of booting up. Matt found the heat sink was loose, a bracket was broken, and my graphics card fan was not turning on. He fixed it all that day and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and will be going back For any future repairs on all my computers

Great service, fair, honest peeps. Took my sons laptop in with a whining noise. They diagnosed quickly, let me take laptop back home while the part they ordered shipped. Came in a few days later and they texted me with an opportunity to replace. Excellent communication and performance. Highly recommend over any other Temecula shop!

I took my laptop here to clean up some viruses it had and they were very helpful. I like to support small businesses that are local. I actually want to go back and pay for their yearly service of virus protection. It is only $60 for a year. I think thats a great deal to make me feel my information isnt being hacked. I would totally recommend them.

I left Matt an email form submission on a Sunday night through his website after finding him on Google. I was concerned that the work I needed done might be too small a jog for him to consider. At ~8:30 AM the next morning, he called me, at 9:00 AM he was at my house, and at 9:20 AM the repair was complete, correctly, and he even gave me a couple of pointers on my equipment while he was working. How can you beat that?? Yes, I will be calling him again, and I HIGHLY recommend his company!
