They didn’t cut the two boards the same the. I had to wait until they were just about to close to be able to pick them up. Very disappointing that they were not checked prior to calling me, then I wasted my evening waiting for them to be redone. I will not be using your services again unless I receive a call from the store manager to come to some kind of resolution to this issue.

I was just at your store and tried to return a package. I was accused stealing and treated poorly by your store manager-Matthew on duty. I feel very discriminated by what he said to me. I even feel threatened by him holding my package after I clearly told him that I decided not returning my package anymore…It was a nightmare! Horrible experience!

Staples has supplied my basic needs time and time again. When Im done shopping I usually have all the products I came for Rarely, if ever have I had to go elsewhere to finish my shopping...

I love the Staple Store on HWY 79 in Temecula, fast service andawesome customer service. The work on my Flyers always 1st rate.I would only use Staples for all my office needs!

The professional help dont work weekends so if you need help with a printing project for example you are more likely to get help Monday through Friday. This is also the case if you come in 2 hours or closer to closing time. Most employees here dont really care about their customer service skills. They dont care about you or your time either.

I went in for help with making copies of my lost dog. The lady that worked there was very helpful. I really appreciate her help today. I didnt get her named but she works in the copy department. If I do find my baby Ill come back to thank her for her help with my baby.

Outstanding customer service. Max in the printing department went above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. Very polite and well mannered. Also, very knowledgeable around the printing department. Corbin was also very polite and helpful. Overall, a great experience. Chris is doing a great job being a leader to his team.

Just wanted to say: Patrick is absolutely AMAZING!!! He provided the best customer service today by going above and beyond -- all because of a daily planner was missing a sku number! I can definitely say that because of Patricks excellent customer service, Staples, has now received a customer for life. Give him a promotion and a raise! He deserves it.

I just left this Staples and had to come home and write a review. The young lady who helped me and my daughter in the copy/printing area was amazing! She was so patient, so helpful and very kind. We came in to print out a story my daughter wrote for a school project and for some reason the internet wasnt connecting. After trying a few different things we were having a difficult time printing the pdf. She assisted us with logging in to the customer computer and all the various steps to getting her project printed. She never made us feel rushed and happily gave us her undivided attention even when another customer arrived until the task was completed. In a time where many businesses are understaffed and good and attentive customer service is hard to come by, Delali Becky was a beautiful breath of fresh air. I am so grateful for all her help and just want to make sure Staples knows they are very lucky to have such a kind, and dedicated worker like her. Thank you so much!

The associate Michael went above and beyond to help me find the planner that I came in for. Unfortunately, the website said I could only purchase the planner in the store. I couldn’t find it in the correct section, so Michael checked the back inventory. When he couldn’t find it there, he grabbed a ladder and checked the inventory on the main floor on top of the shelves and he found it! I didn’t expect him to put so much effort into finding the item for me but I’m so grateful. I left the place with a huge smile. I hope he gets to read this. Thank you so much Michael!

I ran in today to rush and print a resume out. The girl at the counter (wish I grabbed her name, but she worked 4/23 in the morning) was so great. I came in frantic and she helped me to print out my documents and even offered resume paper, which I totally forgot about. We started chatting a bit and she offered me the encouragement that put the cherry on top on morning. I am all for women supporting other women, and she truly just made my day. Her customer service skills and ability to get me out the door asap, was what I needed. Thank you!

Came in to get a download out of my phone and printed. My printer stopped working. The young lady behind the counter, tried several times to open the download after forwarding it to Staples email. I felt bad taking up her time, but she kept at it and got it open and printed it out for me. She had such great patience, someone else probably would have given up after a couple tries, just to get ride of me. But she persisted and got it done for me. And this was all for a total of 0.30 cents! Victoria, you are an awesome person. Thank you!

Purchasing a chair has never been better.I walked in looking to check out some ergonomic chairs. After trying out all the chairs, I settled with the Kroy Black. I asked Nate if they had any in stock, then he checked their inventory and said yes. However, the box was difficult to find.So, did Nate give up? No! He searched that Staples facility top to bottom until he found what I was looking for. Nate is literally the king of chairs. 10/10 would recommend purchasing your comfy desk chairs through Nate.After that, they price matched it to a cheaper listing available online. Thanks guys!

We purchased a high end desk chair and had assistance from the staff in picking it and carrying it out. When we got home and opened the box we noticed that the item was a return that was resealed. With several boxes on the floor it seemed unusual that we received the return. On the upside, the store was quiet, clean, well stocked, and the employees were polite.

The associate David im not sure if he is a manager but he treated me very poorly and was very rude both the first and second time for a reasonable return. He was noticeably angry both times and was very short with me. I did not appreciate his service but do understand some people have their good and bad days. I will go to a different staples store to avoid interaction with him now. Unfortunate.

I had ordered customized business cards and wasn’t even notified that they would be ready next day. Girl was apologetic and I appreciated that but didn’t bother to offer me a discount or anything to make up for that. Not a fan of this staples won’t be back to this location ever again.

I was trying to do self serve print (one page). The printer would not work. I asked for help and the manager told me he would be there in a minute. He was behind the counter and not with another customer. I waited 5 minutes and he never looked up at me. Clearly he could of stopped what ever he was printing to help me. Poor customer service. No one else was able to help me. I have to leave very frustrated. It was a 10 minute experience that should have been a positive 2 minute experience.

Inventory is scarce, never stocked with typical school supplies. Customer service has never been their highest goal, even after 5yrs. I still come for ink & copy paper 😆 The shipping center is much better than the post office, and the customer care at their counter is great every single time 👍

They charge $15 more for a printer cartridge in the store than they do on their website. And they wonder why brick & mortar stores are closing?!?! Asked an employee why the price discrepancy and he gave me attitude. Congrats, Staples. You just lost another customer to Amazon.

This brand is everything wrong with capitalism and the world. I went in yesterday to buy paper clips and asked a cashier where I could find them. At this very moment, swarms of employees surrounded and proceeded to violently assault me for even mentioning paper clips. As I fought my way through the crowd of employees I had three broken ankles and a sprained wrist. I ran to the parking lot, all the whole the employees chasing me, and tried to reach my car. An employee who was much faster than me hit me with their car and ran me over 7 different times. I will definitely not return to Staples.
