2024-06-19 04:59:01Worst phone repair experience ever. I have phone insurance and after back and forth with them, they finally gave me the option to pay out of pocket for my repair and then be reimbursed. So I make an appointment at this Ubreakfix location, show up, and tell them up front Im paying straight out for the repair and will submit the receipt to my insurance for reimbursement. I return 2 hours later only to be told they are not going to allow me to pick the phone up because theres insurance on the phone. Confused yet? I even showed them the email from my phone insurance (Servify) and the employees responded by calling the franchisee owner, Kevin, so he could tell me over the phone they are going to keep my phone. I ended up having to call my insurance company so they could tell them to let me pay for the repair so they can reimburse me as I originally informed them about prior to them performing the repair. It was horrible customer service. Seeing this is only a franchise location, I will be submitting a formal complaint to their corporate headquarters as well.

2024-06-26 21:05:50Checking in was not as I expected as there was one other person in line before me even though I had an appointment at 12 noon when they opened on Sunday. They helped him first instead of asking if that person had an appointment. What is the purpose of the appointment if they are just going to help the first person who walked in the door? The person who eventually did help me originally thought I had just made the appointment directly on their website as he could not find my claim in their system. He was going to charge me. I told him I had a Ticket number directly from Samsung Care+ but he said he didnt need that as it would not help him find the claim. Huh? Why did Samsung Care+ send me a ticket number and automatically send me to a place where I made an appointment and then then send me a ticket number confirming my appointment at that same place but only to go to the store at the appointment time, wait for another customer who didnt seem to have an appointment only to tell me that they couldnt find my claim and a ticket number from Samsung would not help him find it? The attendant eventually did find my claim saying they had to use a trick to view the claim from Samsung. Why is this process not smooth? Why do they need to play tricks to their POS system to find claims? Anyway, they replaced my screen protector in the time they said they would have it done but I didnt notice a dust spec underneath the screen protector until I got home. Not worth my time for me to go all the way back to the store and complain about it.

2024-02-06 07:12:52Andrew was very helpful, if you need repairs done fast then this is the place to go. I had just recently broken my Samsung Fold and they were able to fix it within 2 days. Price is subjective but I think they are priced well, I believe a warranty is also included which is a bonus.

2024-04-14 23:26:14Andrew helped us out today and made the entire process of having my cracked phone screen fixed as easy as possible. I am so thankful he was there to walk us through the process and answer all our questions. And, if youre worried about your personal data being available, dont be! Andrew showed us how to set our phone to maintenance mode and create a wall between my phone and the accessthey need to complete the fix. The phone was ready when he said it would be, and we were in and out in no time! Highly recommended!

2024-05-04 01:04:51This was part of getting my screen fixed through Assurion. I have to say I am usually underwhelmed when it comes to companies and their services but I was extremely impressed with the service starting from entering my information online to having my phone fixed. It only took one day. I wish I can remember the repairmans name as I would mention it here if it were to help him. But I have to say I am absolutely impressed with this process and would highly recommend.

2024-02-18 23:40:07They were so great!! Andrew helped us out and when I told him the problem over the phone, he knew right away what the problem was. I came in and he tested it out and fixed it in about two minutes with a phone reset without charging me for a whole new battery like he was going to have to. He was so honest and saved me so much money. I’d come here any time I had an issue with any of my tech.

2024-05-09 21:28:40Was there yesterday and man there tried to charge us 50$ when he made it clear it was 15$ to clean the charging port, then when we asked to speak to a manager he said he wasn’t going to call his manager on his day off. DONT TRUST THE MALL LOCATION, THEIR THEIFS AND LIARS!! He even at one point said he didn’t have money in his cash register, and didn’t know how to refund the money. Save your self a robbery and headache. MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!
