Well, after many years using computers I had an external hard drive fail!! As they say, Its not IF your hard drive will fail, it is WHEN will it fail? I had a 90-minute Final Cut Pro project that was minutes from being completed. But then, it would no longer mount--did not show up on my computer screen. Might have been my fault for not leaving enough free space, so maybe I stressed it too much.Needless to say, it was panic time. I looked online, and the first one I called was SECURE DATA RECOVERY SERVICES. I immediately drove it to their Pasadena location. They laid out all of the potential costs in advance, and estimated delivery time.They fulfilled those promises. The cost was, well expensive. But I paid the price rather than completely start over.All of my data was retrieved, and upon delivery they helped me locate my files from the new hard drive onto my laptop that I brought with me.Above and beyond.I hope I never need their services again, but good to know that they are there.

Great service & customer service. My sons gaming computer stopped working. It is an expensive purchase several years ago, out of warranty & to ship to vendor on the east coast would be little over $150 (thats what it cost me for warranty repair). I have used Love 2 Fix to salvage my sister coffee drowned Mac Box Air and a screen replacement of Fit Bit Blaze (because Fit Bit isnt set up to repair their own devices). Both time were stellar service. However this time, they went over the top. We dropped off the computer around 10:30. They would diagnose and call me with what they found - probably in the afternoon. Less than an hour they had been able to determine it was a failed power supply - they would get one locally and the computer would probably be ready sometime tomorrow. So imagine my surprise when John called me before 4 pm - the computer was fixed and ready for pick up. That is like a 5 hour turn around! I tell my family and friends that Love 2 Fix is the best store to get your electronics fixed. Prices are very reasonable, service is awesome, customer service is the best. 3 times customer - will be 4th time - as I am dropping off my IPAD tomorrow to fix a disabled issue compounded by Find My IPAD problem that I can not get past.
