It mustve been 8 oclock at night 2008. I accidentally deleted all my Favorites. Ryan came out at that time of night. I got my Favorites back. Ever since, I only rely on A Better Computer Doctor for all my electronic issues. Mary is a sweetheart and absolutely delightful disposition, not to mention her professionality. One extremely important aspect of A Better Computer Doctor is that Ryan doesnt do guess work; he knows what hes doing. Then, I moved to Paradise and decided that if Im gonna live in the boondocks with the bears, deer, bobcats and big cats, I better get a very good computer system with all the best quality insides: best graphic card, sound card, RAM, high speed, etc. I gave Ryan and Mary a budget number. Ryan drove from Sacramento to my place in Paradise. I couldnt believe it. Now, he does remotes to maintain the system. Its almost impossible to trust anyone out there with what you own. Ill stay with Ryan and Mary.

Fiance bought a used computer for my birthday and of course something was wrong. It would power off after 5 minutes. Not wanting to order parts and go through all this trial and error I called in since they work on Saturdays.They diagnosed the issue as a bad liquid cooling system and with bunch of dust and dog hair causing heating issues.They took my budget into consideration and made sure to consult me on the labor and costs of parts beforehand which I really appreciated. Also, Mary was very pleasant to speak with.They were extremely accommodating to my schedule, were very reasonably priced, and transparent through the whole process.They wont try to upsell you on any brand or tack on repairs you dont need. They will work with you and identify your needs and give you an appropriate solution based on what you want.I highly recommend this business to everyone with a PC issue.

Both Mary & Ryan are a great addition to the business community in Downtown Fair Oaks. We have used them three times so far and we have been extremely pleased with their customer service as well as their knowledge and speedy results in performing the work needed to fix our business computers. Highly recommended

I recently caught a virus and found A Better Computer Doctor while searching for virus repair Sacramento on the web. I called them up and they promptly had a tech to my house the same day. Mary was able to fix the virus, and found all of my pictures and programs that it deleted from my PC. Thank you for a job well done. I will start recommending you to everyone I know.

Ive used their quick, effective, friendly service twice within the last couple of years & Im currently referring them to a friend. Not everyone has a pc person in their household; thats when you want to call these Folks. Thanks Ryan!
