Ben was awesome! When I first presented my issue our schedules didnt line up and Ben was checking in trying to catch me at a good time. We resolved my internet issue and 2 days later Ben checked back in to see how it was going. At that time I had another issue and Ben addressed it immediately. In this week alone Ben spent well over an hour and a half resolving my issues and my computer is now running smoothly. Thanks Ben!

Ive been in the IT business for over 30 years. For at least 20 of those years I have done business with and recommend Fuse 3 many times. I have never been disappointed. The owner of this company is highly ethical and has a real focus on customer service. They have reasonable priced services but more importantly they do not dump and run like so many service providers that cater to the SMB market do.
